Hi, We do have a few delayed tickets currently if your ticket has been assigned to our sales or IT team due to the FS-Conference, however, I managed to locate one of your tickets (#48027) which looks like either its contents or your email was actually flagged as spam by our helpdesk provider. Moin, JustSim hat den obigen Aiport upgedated und ist im Org-Store für $ 21,90 verfügbar, was umgerechnet z.Zt. 19,66 EUR ist. https://store.x-plane.org/LEPA--Palma-de-Mallorca-Airport-XP12_p_2117.html Wer die 11er Version schon hat, bekommt im jeweiligen Shop, wo das Add-on gekauft wurde, 50 % Rabatt. I cannot get the programm to work. After I have extracted it there is a folder x-updater-client after clicking on that I get further folders bearer, iconengines, imageformats, platforms, styles and translatins. no exe program. I tied your link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads but I just receive a 404 site I manually downloaded the latest file vc_redist.x64.exe but still I cannot get the updater to work. When i installed the Aerosoft A320/A321 it seems to make FSX:SE to take 3 minutes to show up its splash screen and FSX:SE itself. Also it only happens when a DLC called "FSX Tool Airbus Central Folder" is installed which, im not sure what it is but i do know its where i put my nav data which is important. Can somebody please help. UPDATE like 5 minutes later : It know acts regularly and starts in 20 to 30 secconds which i only tested once right now.

For giving three important info: WADD - the ICAO airport code, the simulator platform, XP12 . And what you expect by an update. As I understand you, it is not a problem to use XP11 software together with XP12: https://www.aerosoft.com/de/shop/flight/x-plane/x-plane-11/szenerien/xp-asien/2120/airport-bali-xp?number=AS14153 Now I wished to be an XP12 expert which I'm not. I fly p3dv4.5HF3 . PS: The link above also shows, that Aerosoft doesn't only sell products that are developed by Aerosoft: Developer - A-Flight/Caipirinha Games . So, let's wait for a Bali XP expert ... Ahm, the developer doesn't have an own internet address? I know that from MK Studios or from FlyTampa. Direct support by the developer is often faster. Dear greetings.
