Even though we did extensive beta tests, the variety of PC hardware means that it is likely that there are some issues that are not found. I've just bought and installed Glider Simulator. I am incapable of using a keyboard or joypad to control a glider in pitch, roll and yaw. I need to use an ailerons and elevator joystick, very preferably with rudder control. I am willing to use a keyboard to control flaps, spoilers, engine revs and suchlike. My Thrustmaster HOTAS 4 joystick with rudder pedals doesn't function correctly with Gliding Simulator. Why is that and what is the solution, please? The X52 and X56 are very expensive for just one simulator. Are there cheaper joysticks that definitely will function correctly, please? Many thanks in anticipation.

Even if I press the Vario tone toggle key, the vario tone does not sound. Is ther any other way to make vario tone effective?

Please i have question. I dont know how to invert Joy axes in settings. Im searching on internet manuals but i can´t find anything. My rudder pedal works inverted. Thank you for your answer and help.

I'm new here so trust this is the correct Forum place. Purchased WoA Glider Simulator a few days ago and installed as per instructions. However, when starting the simulator via the Steam page all I get is the fancy opening screen (see attached) with a list of items down the left side which I presume are activation "buttons". However none of these work. I contacted Steam about this, they tell me that the problem is a case for the developer (Aerosot). In an attempt to solve the problem I have un-installed then re-installed the programme 3 times but nothing has changed except getting a bug report (see attached) which I do not understand. Whether I try to join with the Blanik or Wilga, I get the dotted line running indefinitely... I waited for several minutes and could not join. At the time I tried, there was 15 players. Maybe a limitation in the number of players on the server? Do I need to authorize the game to access internet through the Windows firewall? (I did not see anything regarding that in the manual?)

Is there any way for using the Logitech Extreme 3D PRO joystick in Glider Simulator? I am using it with XPlane and Flight Simulator with total satisfaction since many years.

Hi In External View the camera is moving up/down in the wrong direction. When moving camera up, the aircraft is moving up, the camera is moving down. Gert

Hi The keys Num1, Num3, Num7 and Num9 have a fixed function assignment. Although I assigned the radio messages 1-9 to these keys, when I pressed these keys, the camera was also panned. I found the reason for this in the file binding2.dat. It contains the following entries: action("Cam_Rot_135",State,key_NUMPAD3); action("Cam_Red_225",State,key_NUMPAD1); action("Cam_Red_315",State,key_NUMPAD7); action("Cam_Red_45",State,key_NUMPAD9); These are functions you can't configure via the user interface, so you can't delete them. I got three minutes out of this before a left to look at the manual. Now I ma stuck unable to launch the sim from the steam library page. Anyone else struggling with this?

Hi I have an incorrect controller configuration being created. I have four controllers with the following name (from file mapping2.lua). CH Pro Pedals USB (joy0) (CH) T.A320 Pilot (joy1) (Thrustmaster) Flight Throttle Quadrant (joy2) (Saitek) Flight Throttle Quadrant (joy3) (Saitek) I can configure everything through the interface, with all four controllers, but controller joy3 does not work. As joy1 I also had Honeycomp Alpha in use. I have the same problem with it. Therefore, it is not due to the Thrustmaster joystick. Hello, I have recently purchased the simulator. Unfortunately, I can not play the game due to lags. When I select an aircraft, the whole simulator starts to lag. I have estimated 10 or less FPS. I can not explain the error, because I have a very good computer. My System: Intel Core I9 9900K 16GB RAM GForce RTX2070 I would appreciate a quick reply to solve the problem.

Well I got to play it once ...now when I start it from steam I get the fancy aerosoft splash screen and then the system hangs and all I have is a black screen. Task master shows Woa.EXE is not responding. I have a quite powerful machine I9, 32gb, GTX 3090 so I don't think this is a hardware issue as it runs p3dv5, xplane, and MSFS2020 just fine. Any help would be appreciated I'm a Steam Novice and don't know where to start to fix this

Just had my first tow and also a Blanik flight. After release and at 2000 meters I went looking for other players. I could find none. Are they visible? Not much fun on your own! It would be good to see them and also on the map....
