I recently purchased the Aerosoft A320/321 Pro,( very well done) , and I have a question because I haven't been able to find the answer. Hello, I am using the experimental version of the FSS ejets series (0.10.36). The aircraft does not play sounds of altitudes above the ground for landing, nor does it play GPWS alerts. I would appreciate support on this subject.

Dear Aerosoft Support, I am experiencing an activation issue with the following products purchased through Aerosoft and installed via Aerosoft One: FlightSim Studio 727-200 Passenger FlightSim Studio Super 27 Expansion Pack Both products were bought through Aerosoft One about already a year ago and had been working perfectly fine ever since. I'm eager to learn about the latest developments regarding the A330NEO. I'm really looking forward to this aircraft. Initially, it was reported to be released in 2025, but later it was postponed to 2026. I would like to know if it will be released at the beginning or end of 2026. Additionally, I'm more curious about when the A330CEO will be updated to be compatible with the 2024 version?

Although it is claimed that the new update would include the API for the MCDU, the respective Mobiflight profiles do not provide the corresponding display on the winctrl MCDU hardware yet. Any explanation for that?

Hi, really liking the streams/previews of the Toliss A340! Having enjoyed it in XP I'm looking forward to it in MSFS. Do have a question/request, however. From the previews it looks like there won't be any auto step climb option. This little QoL feature was lacking in the XP version and it's kind of a shame to see it might be in MSFS as well. I understand it's not 'realistic' but neither is Pause at TOD or sim rate, and it might not be necessary to safely complete a long flight but it would be satisfying for any of us who can't spend a long-haul entirely at the PC and would like to replicate an sop which is standard in the real world. Hi , well after getting 1 flight which was only a quick circuit my a340 throttles dont know how to work. I have just uininstalled and updated the software to 1.0.1 A from the aero one app and once again my setting for the joystick are non existant. The efb does not see throttles 3 an 4 of my bravo throttle quadrant and my reverse thrust throttles seem to think they are part throttles 3 and 4 hopefully SIMWARE sees this post and can offer some advice or it will be another ticket

Hello, I had a great flight with it yesterday, but today I just can't get it to load into FS2024. I just get the spinning wheel at the lower right corner of the World Map/Free Flight screen and it just loads indefinitely. I've had it a few times with this aircraft before but I could Esc out of it and try again and it'd normally load the second try. This time it's not working at all though, and I've tried different airports just to be sure. Any ideas? Thanks

I'm not usually one to go overboard with comments but I feel that this is beyond a joke. Let me explain. I own the bravo throttle quadrant that Aerosoft also supplies the config software for. But when it comes to working with one of their own products its useless ie the A340 a 4 engine jet that does NOT work with a hardware device that has 4 throttles. I made a post here earlier regarding this but had very little success in finding a solution. I therefore decided to raise a ticket. Hello Flightsimmers. Is there a Tutorial or some Advise how to calibrate the Thrustmaster TCA Throttle Unit? For example when I try to go from Idle to climb it does nothing, if I push the Throttle further it goes to the third detent. Must it be set as Throttle 1 Axis (0-100%) or just Throttle 1 Axis? And what about the input curves, all to 0 % as recommendet from other developers? Thank you for any Help and happy flying the Beast. Oh before I forget another Question. Everytime I spam at a Gate the second door on the left and the first Cargo Door are open. Any solution or mus we wait for an Update?

Posting here as not sure where else to post. Hopefully Aerosoft/ToLiss is aware but this plane has recently been pulled from the Newsky Virtual Airline platform due to issues with the way the aircraft reports state changes in particular with its engines. As a result myself and plenty others that I know that have purchased the aircraft are now unable to use this for the foreseeable future. Is Aerosoft/ToLiss aware of the issues this causes on Newsky (and other platforms that I am aware of) and are they working on a fix for it? I do hope so as otherwise this aircraft becomes an expensive hanger queen!!! Cheers

Hi, I run a VA website which used phpvms to power it, the associated Acars tracking software is logging what looks to be a possible bug with this software. The aircraft/MS2024 simulator is reporting false pauses several times per second throughout the flight as well as engine on off. The user had a 24 meg log from his flight something that is normally in the region of 20-50k. The website Laravel log built up to 189 gig and had to be deleted because of its size, again normally in the kilobyte size. Hi there, I've seen the latest Aerosoft A340-600 overhead panel preview, and I'm impressed with it. There's just one small piece of detail that I would like to point out here. The Inner Tank Split markings should not have letters L and R. Instead the A340-600 has numbers 2 and 3 displayed above each guarded push button, which is what the Toliss A340-600 in XP12 has marked up. Other than that everything else is fine.
