Toolbar Pushback Pro doesn't work properly in both FS2020 and FS2024.

No matter what airport I'm at (payware nor default):

Airport: ANY, payware as well as default.
Gate: ANY
Airplane: PMDG 737-800 (FS2020 and FS2024)
: PMDG 737-700 (FS2020)
1: Green background instead of the map to pre-plan your pushback.
2: "Pushback Truck Not Available" EVERY time.

No other pushback addon-on installed.

I wish I would have stuck with the free version.

Aerosoft is aware of the issues with this product but doesn't care. All they wanted was get people's money at the least amount of effort from their side.

And the worst thing is that they are getting away with this.

The PMDG 737 should work fine in MSFS 2020 with toolbar pushback, but there are some known issues with 2024 that seems to be affect some users more than others after one the last sim updates. The developer is currently working on a new update that changes how the pushback works to fix this.

In the meantime, you can always drop us a ticket if you'd prefer a refund instead (providing it was purchased via our store) and we'll be happy to assist.

The update is actively being worked on, and I had just given a list over of some of the requested aircraft profiles to be included in the new update a few days ago, so it hopefully won't be too much longer!
