I have trouble downloading the FSS 727-200 super 27 via Aerosoft One. I bought it on simmarket and registed it on Aerosoft One. I once installed the add-on and uninstalled it because of some issues. But as I tired to download and re-install it via Aerosoft One, it said that “THERE WAS AN ERROR DOWNLOADING FILES”, and the download cannot start. While the download and installation of FSS 727-200 Freighter and FSS 727-200 Passenger worked well. I re-installed the Aerosoft One, deleting the old /user/user_name/AppData/Roaming/Aerosoft One folder. Hi there! I bought Pushback Toolbar to use it on my Fs2024. But despite the fact that it it installed, I cannot see the tool in the toolbar. i was trying to buy the aerosoft embraer 190/195 beacuse it is one of my favorite aircraft and when i purchase it. the aircraft dosent show up in instant downloads and orders. i have tried 4 times and i have been scammed for around 130 dollars. its not fun to loose that much money just beacuse you want to fly an embraer. please help me fix this problem.

I know this might already been brought up endlessly but I am looking for my purchased plane I bought through simmarket. So what happens, I bought the E-jets 190/195 freighter and downloaded the aerosoft one tool from simmarket. My PC suffered a failure and I had to factory reset it. I have made multiple attempts to get it back but since I bought it 4 years ago but Aerosoft One is not recognizing my serial number from the Instant Download section of the website. I can't download it from the website, it just redirects me to the Aerosoft One app. I enter the serial number in the Product Key section of the app and I get an error that is invalid. Does anyone have a fix for this? Or know where I can find a product ley on their website that Aerosoft One will recognize? I'm really not trying to give Aerosoft my money twice. Aerosoft One isn't allowing me and others to download the FSS Super 27 for MSFS 2020. When I go to the library to download the product, it says there's an available download but shows a blank screen and I'm unable to download the product I purchased. Every time I attempt to sign in to the Aerosoft One program or the account on the site I get errors, The error on One is standard "Your email or password was incorrect" however when I do the same on the website it tells me "Your access data could not be assigned to a user". But as you can see my forum account still works.

Hello, I have purchased the CRJ V2 via the aerosoft website but as the "aviaCDU + CRJ V2 Bundle MSFS" when I try to install it says on the website that it must be done using the Aerosoft One software, however, when I go into that software, it doesn't recognize that I own the aircraft (Single product) after logging in, on the left corner, where it says other products, it actually shows this bundle, but it says it is unavailable to be installed with Aerosoft One. Hi, I have 2020 on one disc and 2024 on another disc. All my addons for 2020 works fine when I install them in 2020. But in 2024 it isn´t working. I have another installer for other airports and it works fine. I see them in aerosoft one but not in 2024. I have uninstalled, installed, went to settings made sure it is the right path. But no luck. What to do?

I downloaded Aerosoft CRJ v2 using Aerosoft One. It says I've installed v2.0.11 (see Photo 1). But when I check the Manifest.json file it says the version is "package_version": "2.0.10", (see Photo2). I don't seem to be getting the version 2.0.11 as stated! Maybe I could use some assistance? Edit: I figured this out, with a little help from others... I purchased v1 of the CRJ back in 2021 from Simmarket. Tonight, I went to Simmarket and saw v2 of the CRJ there, and I "purchased" it -- it correctly said $0, and then v2 appeared in my downloads page at Simmarket. All good so far! In Simmarket's download page, v2 of the CRJ directs me to download Aerosoft One. Ok, fine. I have some add-ons that are downloaded/installed via Aerosoft One, so no big deal.
