Click on "Contact support" in the upright corner and then on "Show logfile". It will open in your editor. Now you can search for any download errors, giving you a hint what happened. Or you save the logfile, open a ticket at Aerosoft and send them the logfile.
I tried to download an update of airport Zurich 2.0 XP but download stops at 88% progress and below window appears : (see attachment). Tried many many times and same error occurs at the very same poi,nt 88% download.
Any clue on how to solve this?
I had not encountered any problems before
