We'll likely need a screenshot showing your PFD/ND along with the EFB to help you further with this, but in general, the aircraft most both be level and not in a turn.

No Overhead Panel Switch Sounds

Hello all,

This is an issue we have seen some users report, but It's overall quite a low amount of users and I haven't been able to reproduce this issue in either 2020 or 2024. For those of you that do have this issue, could you please try resetting the aircraft following the steps here and then seeing if the issue persists?

Wasm (or MSFS) crash almost every time

Hello folks,

We indeed recommend deleting/resetting the WASM files if you're having CTDs. You can see our guide on this here.

If you're still having CTDs after doing the above, please create a ticket including your system specs, as well as when the crash is happening, and what the steps you took before were so we can investigate further.

A340-600 won't move

The default sim pushback (and tools that use it) can indeed cause issues, however, we are currently testing a fix for this issue.

Some bugs to check

This is a known issue and is currently logged. We'll be working on fixing this in a future update.
Noted!
Can you confirm if you have the correct database selected? By default, when the navigation is updated it will be set to the secondary database and must be changed over in the MCDU.
I have logged this as an issue - Thanks!
We are currently working on better GSX integration and will have more to share in a future update.
