Quick update: I found the cause. It's ChasePlane. As soon as ChasePlane is disabled, Tobii head tracking works perfectly in the A330neo cockpit. When loading the A330neo, the developer mode console shows the following message:
[chaseplanemodule.wasm] CameraAPI: Failed to set world referential.
This does not happen with any other aircraft, including the A340-600 Pro, so I have opened a ticket with Parallel 42. Do you use ChasePlane yourself? That would explain why it works fine on your end.
While investigating, I also noticed another issue that concerns the A330neo directly. In the same session, the console reports:
[Coherent GT] Failed to locate file vfs:///simobjects/airplanes/aerosoft-a339/common/config/cameras.cfg
So the A330neo is looking for cameras.cfg under common\config, but in the package it is located directly in SimObjects\Airplanes\Aerosoft-A339\. There is no common folder at all. I can't judge whether this has any impact, but perhaps you could take a look for an upcoming update. Tested with a clean install via Aerosoft One.
Also, the copilot avatar is missing in the A330neo cockpit for me, while it is present in all my other aircraft. Maybe this is related to the package structure as well.
