Simbrief

This might be an old topic, I purchased the CRJ-700, 900. When I started the EFB tablet, I get an error message Simbrief 400 error 400. I cannot upload any flight plans? I reinstalled and still nothing. My Simbrief directory of aircraft also cannot be found in the Simbrief downloader. Thanks

Thrust Reverser Calibration

This has to be the most frustrating throttle calibration of any aircraft I own. I finally get the reverse to work with the bravo quadrant and then when I push forward it takes the throttles to idle like it should. However, then only throttle 1 and 4 move forward. The ini a340 just worked like I have every other plane setup so it's not an issue with my four engine profile in msfs.

My activation code cannot be activated on EFB. Even after I sent a new activation code, it still failed to activate. Can the activation code be unbound from the Xbox ID after activation?I need to activate on a different Xbox ID, and I want to unbind the original Xbox ID.After I enter the activation code, it displays "Key does not match the required format."

A340 Shows No Reaction to Simulator Turbulence

It seems like Aerosoft has big lack communicating with customers. I never seen anyone from developres to react on community posts, requests or issues. Only Tom sometimes responds to some posts but many are still stuck without answers. I tried to contact Toliss directly but was given answer that all support is entirly on Aerosoft side. So we literaly have no support. I give you another example: I created a ticket on 26 of March but still didn't get any answers on it. So pity that such a product with great possibilities left unsupported.
