I have already contacted Orbx directly through submitting a ticket and they believe this is an issue for this forum or for me to figure out myself... I have recently had a new PC (upgrade) and reinstalled all my P3Dv4.5 software. My A320 Pro Airbuses work just fine but the Fuel Planner simply comes up with the "unhandled exception" error message when I generate a loadsheet I have seen many have had previously. I read one way to fix this is to delete the .xml which I did but that does nothing to fix the problem. Any thoughts please? Thank you

Hello All, i just updated my P3dv5 version up to 5.3.17 with the HF2 i belive the latest one now once i load up the sim and try to fly one of the Airbus A330 or A319 i get a few screens that are blacked out here's a picture i believe the ECAML feature or ECAMU window its out. Thanks

After several months of enjoying the Airbus series, an annoying problem came out of nowhere: whenever I fly an Airbus in an airport with winter textures and ground speed is above 3kts, frame rates would drop to 5fps or below. No issues at all if I switch to other seasons (no winter textures). Other addons (PMDG, QualityWings, etc.) run perfectly fine in similar scenarios, only the Airbus. I disabled external addons, reinstalled the aircrafts and still not a single clue. Any thoughts?

I have the A318-321 professional series...1.4.3.2 for P3Dv4 on a uptodate Win10 machine. I have not used P3D for many months. So, spent some time updating it and the various aircraft. When I use the A3xx Fuel Planer, (either from the start menu or the actual A3xx Fuel Planner folder) with any of the buses, I get the error...Access to path 'C:\users\xxx\Documents\Aerosoft\General\A3xx Fuel Planer\LoadSheets\LoadsheetA320.txt' is denied sort of implying a permission issue? Hello, I noticed a bug in the Aerosoft Airbus. The aircraft.cfg file for each model lists an incorrect value at the atc_model line. It should be set to the ICAO code of the aircraft model, so A320 for the A320, A333 for the A330-300, etc. However, in the Aerosoft models, it is set to the model + the engine code, for example A320CFM, A319IAE, A333RR. This is inconsistent with all other aircraft add-ons for P3D and results in 3rd-party tools such as Volanta incorrectly reporting the aircraft type. Manually editing this file is also not possible, because then P3D crashes to desktop, listing kernelbase.dll as the faulting module. Please set the atc_model to the co…

Hi all, I write this post in behalf of a friend not fluent with English. He got trouble with A330 and P3D-V5 (new versions, bought 2 weeks ago) It is impossible to set up the throttle to zero. Engine is always running @ 1.014, the small dot representing position cannot go below this value. Going up is OK, but down stops @ 1.014, so plane is always running on the taxiway We tried to remove throttle (Saitek X52) and use directly PC key board, but no success. Is there any mean to "trim" the zero of throttle, P3D setting are apparently not the solution...? Thanks for your help. Gerard.

Sadly I'm not entirely sure as to when it started happening as I don't often use a external view, but I know it is only recently. Fine one day, not the next. No beacon, no strobes, no nav, the only lights that work are the cabin and tail (Shift + L), other than that we have nothing. I've done a fresh install but still no joy. Hello everyone! Today I took the A330 out of the hangar for the first time in a while. I have installed the latest version (I think it is v1.0.51). My sim is P3Dv5.3, still without hotfix, but I know also in v5.2 this problem already existed. So, the problem is this: The fps vary a lot, from about 10 fps up to 120 fps (but I have VSYNC activated, my monitor manages 60 Hz, and I have limited to 59 fps in the NVIDIA settings, I have had very good experiences with this with all other aircraft (A2A, FSLabs, PMDG, CaptainSim, Carenado)). Most of the time the fps (apart from the mentioned fluctuations) are between 20 and 30 fps. …

Dont close my topic unless it is fixed please! Raw input didnt work for me! i couldnt read the awnser back, due to my internet company. my internet didnt work for a few days! ive tried everything and still i am facing a issue when my throttle is in reverse thrust it is in the simulator on idle. ive reinstalled and installed the drivers 3 times and plugged it in and out of my pc the throttle, and it didnt work. There seems to be something wrong with the A330. I can not get clear what. My FPS are jumping quit a lot from 15 to 80 FPS with A330 every 30 secs or so. So I got round about 30 to 40 secs good FPS above 50 upt to 80 and then they get taxed for round about 30 to 40 secs to low 20, even to 16 FPS. After 30 - 40 Seconds they will go up again. This is not the case on others like PMDG 747 or QW 787 or even stock planes. Just only in the A330. Switching the planes during low FPS pahse from A330 to F22 brings my FPS directly up to above 100!I am flying from LSZH to HKJK above African ground and see how every 30 sec or so my FPS will drop down to a range of 15 to 20…

Hi I added a new SSD and have loaded Prepar3d V4.5 on it and attempted to install the A318 and A320 but near the end of the install into the aerosoft folder I created on the same disc I get the Feature Transfer Error , file <P3DPath\, error file name, directory name or volume label. Any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue? I am running Windows 11. Thanks Regards Craig

As the subject says, here one day and gone the next: All my A318/319/320/330 planes and 18 of my sceneries suddenly stopped appearing in P3DV5.1. This appears to have happened after installing an ORBX airport. Where do I start troubleshooting? Thanks

Any suggestions to fix this ? My sons quadrant right throttle lever is ok but the left is pulling back past the 0 throttle position its not activating reverse thrust its just going back about half way between 0 thrust and full reverse.

Hi I'm sad to have to report this but it seems that there is a real problem for me with the A330. For the second time in two flights the aircraft has had a DXGI Device Error mid flight, meaning that P3D has to be terminated. In this case the addons were: A330 professional 1.0.5.1 Active Sky 8024 FSDT Los Angeles GSX AIG AI Traffic And my specs are: Intel i7 9700k NVIDIA GeoForce RTX 2060 6GB 32GB RAM Windows 10 64 Bit The CTD occurred about an hour or so into the flight. Hi all Since updating to P3D v5.3 I've had no end of problems with the aicraft. The issues are as wide and varied as you can possibly imagine, including; ND Log Errors - These were entirely unfixable, because the entry for the aircraft was actually in the Add on.cfg so there was no way to get it to recognise that it was there without completely deleting the generated files and then re-installing the aircraft (just enabling it at the splash screen had no effect at all). Random stall - I posted about this the other day. WebSimBrowser.Dll - I never did get to the bottom of this one. I'm fairly sure it's related to the EFB in some way.…

Good afternoon, I have P3Dv4.5 and I usually fly with a320 from aerosoft. To prepare the flights, I use FSC9. I currently have the AIRAC 2112 from NAV DATA PRO installed on FSC9, on A320 PROF. and in an external program that I use for traffic control. From FSC9, I can see all airports and create routes. But when I use the airplane's Fuel Planner to calculate the fuel, some airports that do appear in the route created by FSC9 are not recognized by the Fuel Planner nor by the MCDU (when I try to load the route into the MCDU, there is data that I can't add for example the COST INDEX or the FL). Good evening all Well this is a bit of a mess. I was doing a flight today - I set it running this morning and was periodically checking it through the day. At about 5:50pm I decided to go for a walk to get some fresh air. When I returned I found that the simulator had crashed but it had frozen in place. The aircraft was in A.Floor mode with an indicated altitude of ~ 30,000ft and an IAS of 130kts. In my haste and quite understandable frustration I forgot to screenshot this. How do i update the a330 to a complete new version?

When I’m landing with the camera outside and the plane is just above the runway, pressing F1 doesn’t set idle thrust. I then tried holding F2 and while thrust decreases, as soon as I let go it increases again. Even if the wheels touch the ground. However, when I am in the VC, as soon as I press F1 the thrust goes into idle with no problems. I am able to set idle thrust while the camera is outside and the plane is taxiing. It’s only on approach that F1 doesn’t work properly.

Hello, I purchased my copy of the A320/321 Professional recently and in the very first two flights everything went well but today I wanted to do another one and turns out there was no sound inside the cockpit, there is sounds from P3D, tested my PMDG 737 works fine, GSX works fine with the exception of the Bus, the only sound I get are from the engines running. I have tried the possible workarounds from previous posts but no success. Am I missing something? Some help would be appreciated. I am running P3Dv5 and I have an Asus Xonar sound card.

Are the latest version of A318-321 compatible with Prepar3DV5.3
