Hi all.I can not get past the config call out in the taxie checklist I push the config button and it still continues to call out and will not advance any further.Am I missing something ?

Hi, Just want to share my experience on the A330 with enhanced atmospheric turned On on the P3D v5.2 HF1. My computer is not the most advance but can handle 24 fps stably with complex add-ons. I found that if I have EA on, the computer has to work very hard on the A330 and fps can go to below 10 fps. Once I turned off EA, it behaves normally again. I am sure Aerosoft is investigate this issue and understand that P3D v5 is unstable. Just want to share my experience if other people encountered the same problem. Turning EA off for the bus may be a good workaround for long. Cheers Phil

Greeting all, Today when I took a flight by A330, it shows error "ND log file could not be generated!" I was trying to reepair it but failed. When chose "Okay" the scenery could be loaded but the aircraft's status could not. How to fix it? I am using: Windows 10 22H2 Lockheed Martin's Prepar 3D v5.3.17.28160 Aerosoft A330 Pro v5 Version 1.0.5.1

I'm afraid I've managed to break my fuel planner module for the Airbus Pro! It's my fault, although I'm not sure what I did wrong - I amended the xml to add a new aircraft and now the COG ans weight/balance at the bottom of the page all read zero. Is there nay way of getting a new version of the folder from anywhere? Hope! Jerry

I have notice when you use the checklists with the co-pilot sometimes it repeat the command not in a way it waiting for you to do it (i.e handbrake). Also notice the green bar at the top of screen will indicate how many miles to go before he starts the approach checklist -problem is when it reachs 0 it counts back up. To stop this i have to trigger the flaps to setting one and then he starts the approach check list. The other problem i having sometimes it not picking up the G/S when the approach height is correct. I try the same flight with the QW7879 no problems at all.

The A3xx fuel planner is not opening . it has an error msg ( see attached) The location mentioned only has a csc.exe.xml file . I have tried re install but no success . Any suggestions.

Hi guys. I’ve had this problem from the start with the A330. If I’m not using a headset, no issues at all. But if I load a flight with the headset connected, I get the cockpit sounds such as seatbelt signs, fire test and others through the headset and everything else through the speakers. now if I unplug the headset, I lose the internal sounds completely and even if plugging them in again, they don’t come back. I have tried all the trouble shooting I can find on here. Any advice or ideas would be great. Ryan

Greetings all, I have done a reinstall several times and nothing seems to be working. The A333 has been installed and was working up until last week. I also use the baby buses, but only the 318/319 installed. I did a clean reinstall of the baby buses first, tested them and they load. Installed the 330 with the anitvirus off and when I start the sim (after the restarts) it will hang the simulator. Can anyone offer any assistance as to why this might be happening? PS. I also did a sim repair prior to installing the two aircraft types.

Hi, I'm playing Aerosoft Airbus A333 on P3D V5 (exact simulator version is: 5.3.17.28160) When using the Ezdok (EZCA cameras and views) addon I face several issues with the airplane. First, the landing gear goes up and down rundomly (at rundom point of time). Second, the pitch trim (elevator) goes all the way down also randomly. I have modified the key assignment settings and removed everything related to the landing gear and the pitch trim, however the issue still happens. When I start moving the camera using the mouse middle button (the ezdok way of view change) - the elevator (pitch trim) immediatelly starts going down to the minimal value (2 NO…

after checking everything, i have found when i load the saved flight plan from simbrief into mcdu is when i have the erratic behavior. when i do not load a flight plan or type flight plan in manually i have no issues in any of the buses 318/319/320/321. just wanted to give some it of help for this topic. p3d v5.3 edit: i also deleted all saved flight plans in p3d and in the flight plan folder of the airbuses. im going to check again to make sure 1 of the flight plans wasnt corrupted edit: just loaded flight plan from simbrief into mcdu a320 no issues climb to cruise no erratic freezing. im chalking my issue up to corrupted flight plans saved in p3d and possible…

if someone could help, switching views in P3D for some reason freezes, like switching from the cockpit to the outside is normal, but switching from the outside to static or outside to cockpit and, well I think you'll get it because of the video, it takes specifically 2.5 seconds to switch views (and as I've discovered, its only with the AS A330) Things I did to try to fix: Cleared shaders, no joy. After updating the A330 to the latest version 1.0.5.1, when closing Prepar 3D, if the A330 was launched, this error constantly appears. "a Fail Fast exception occurred. Exception handlers will not be called, the process will be terminated immediately." This has never happened before. After A-320, such an error does not appear. The Aerosoft folder has been added to Windows Defender exceptions. Prepar3D_v4.5.14. Hello . some time ago i bought aerosoft products of which a319 a320 and a330 i formatted the computer without uninstalling the products. how should I do to reinstall them on the new computer? can i activate the same license? thank you

suffer from a problem with the lights on the plane. All types of A330 b planes, I do not find any problems with them, except for the A320, A321, A319 and A318 version. The strobe, NAV and Landing light lights do not work, and the requirements for the addition are available in my device? Hey guys, I just encountered a problem: IRL, there are operators which board the a/c via 1L or 2L only when boarding via stairs. If i tell GSX that there is no door as 1L and that 2L is the "1L", i can't start the boarding in a way it should start: The aircraft opens 1L and closes 2L automatically.(there are no stairs at 1L). I have to manually open/close the doors to match the config of the stairs. Is there a way to fix this for my customization?

Hello, I'm trying to get my new Logitech FIP (using spad.next and FIPGuages) to show the FD bars on the screen. I've been having trouble finding the right lvars that display the FD bar degrees for pitch/roll. It only needs to read them, not write them. Anyone have this same issue or any ideas how to find where the variable can be read? Thanks, Marc

Im using p3dv4.5 when changing from cockpit view to locked spot view. the outside view is so bright.to correct this i select wing view with chaseplane and then outside view is normal.why is this happening?

Hi, I am unable to recover a flight with the A320/321 Pro after using the Save Scenario on P3D V4.5... The flight was prepared (incl. MCDU data) and ready to push back. I used the Save Scenario function in P3D and when trying to load the flight with the next sim session, the Ext. PWR was AVAIL (and everything dark). I switched the Ext PWR ON, everything went back as it should except the MCDU data which were totally gone... What am I doing wrong? Thanks for help Frank

Hi all, I hope you guys doing well. I have an issue with small font size in MCDU, the take-off speeds, time on F-PLN page, and GW/CG on FUEL PRED page. I had to really zoom the page so I can see the numbers. Just wondering if it's just me or you guys have similar issue?

At the moment I have v5.3.17.28160 of P3D installed, and this causes a real problem for my A320's. This is entirely the version of both "A318 & A319", plus the "A320 & A321" are the same Installed version 1.4.3.2. The error I am getting is only when I'm installing A320 & A321 - but the smaller Airbuses are working fine. The error I get is: When I installed the smaller Airbuses the default path it wanted to install to was - which I remember to always be the default - this works fine. I have just purchased the Thrustmaster Captain pack and i am helpless as i cannot find a way to make the TARGET to work and also plenty of the stuff is not working with FSUIPC so my question is: is there a printable list of commands like in the Leveld 767 to check how can i for example toggle Eng 1 to ON?
