So I got this and the folder it wants to install to is C:/Users/Owner/Documents/Aerosoft. I restarted my pc and it didn't install but it's in there I can't find out how to install this. Thanks Ryan

I just purchased the Aerosoft A318/A319 for P3D v4. My first words when I loaded in were "Uh Oh!". I load in with purple lightning all over my windshield, no words on the PFD, autopilot panel, etc. But wait... there's more. I move the controls around. The side stick moves, but there's no aileron/elevator movement. Unwillingly, I set takeoff thrust. The plane accelerates, and I rotate. The second the gear leaves the ground, the plane starts a fast roll to the right and I have no control. Bottom line, I have St. Elmo's fire on my window, no lettering, and a plane with the mind of its own. Please help if you can. Thanks

I get this message when i load the simulator. Is this a bug or ......... Just have to click oke and the simulator is loading.

Ground steering doesn't seem to work. I'm using a twist rudder stick, with the tiller option unchecked. The nose wheel steering switch is on in the cockpit too. Anyone else having this problem?

Hallo, I habe 30 fps for the first 45 seconds and after that the fps Drops to 10. I get with other airplanes like Pmdg 737, 777, 747 or the Qw 787 around 30 fps. Have somebody the same problem? Philipp

Hi I have some issue with my New Bus, I have no control of my Bus, lighting shows up on the windshield after loading. Simconnect is installed also the Fsuipc... Please Help Thanks

I am wondering if RAAS comes with the busses, as I did not get an option to install it.

I think the GSX config for the Airbus might be a bit broken; some of the doors don't seemed to be named/coded correctly. Upon loading up and selecting boarding, GSX decides that it needs both a belt loader and a cargo loader at the same time on the front cargo door. Secondly it prompts you to open Exit 2. Upon doing so it then begins boarding and the cargo loader moves up to the cargo door like normal. However, Exit 2 is the 1R door used for catering purposes, which it should not want to use for boarding.

Not sure if I did something wrong but I loaded the bus. Started the APU and Engines and I have 0 engine sounds. Apply TOGA and nothing. No start up sound or anything. Not sure what I need to do?

Hi, I have set the ADIRU's to NAV and initialised the MCDU with departure and arrival airport but the PFD and ND never initialise properly. They still show ATT and HDG map not avail all the time. I have started from C&D cockpit by the way. Please ignore have now sorted it!

.Hi I have just purchased the318/319 and on loading aircraft into sim I cannot select various options in the popup mcdu (greyed out).I have tried in the default state ie running and also powering down the aircraft. Also from the VC cockpit view I am seeing a strange almost lightning effect.Any help please.I am using a 1080ti with latest drivers. M Hamilton

When I try and load the configurator, it is getting blocked by my Virus software, even though I have disabled it, put the folder etc into all the exclusions etc. Below is a screen shot of the message I get. Could someone advise on how I can get around this and is there a fual calculator with the new planes. Thanks Chris

We have some issues letting the installer determine the correct screen dimensions so we are not able to automatically the most suitable panel config file (we'll do sort that out though). In the meantime you can manually use the correct file. You will find all panel files in the panel folders of the aircraft. Just rename the correct file to panel.cfg and reload the aircraft.
