Hello everyone, We are very excited about the new Thrustmaster - TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition which is due to release tomorrow (22 October 2020). Therefore, I would like to give you a small update on our Aerosoft A318/319, A320/321 & A330 Professional lines supporting this product. We are currently on the final stages of building the next a stable release for all formerly mentioned aircraft that will bring full support for the Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant. Step 1. Move the left throttle lever and set up as shown in this screen. Send direct to FSUIPC Calibration and select Throttle from the drop down menu. Step 2. Go to page 1, Main flight controls and set it up as Throttle (direct!), move the lever and calibrate it. This will have one lever controlling both throttles but not reverse. For reverse I had to use another lever. (I have six on the TQ6). Step 3. Use the same process for reversers. Move the lever you want to use then tick Send direct to FSUIPC Calibration as shown. Good day, I understand the the page which appears between the throttles when shutting down the aircraft is a "shame memo" for a poor landing? It does not seem to matter how perfectly one makes a landing, with the aircraft correctly setup for a landing in all respects, the memo always appears. Even a feather-lite touchdown triggers the memo. I would like to think that my landings after many years of practise are both safe and comfortable and I am tired of seeing the memo appear with every flight. Could the developers, or someone else, please explain how to remove the trigger for this memo. Your help will be much appreciated. Regards

Hi I've just done a clean P3D5 install which went fine and then installed the A319/20/21 pack and tried to load up but each time the bus loads it has mostly black screens and then P3D CTD afetr about 30 seconds. Default a/c in default airport fine; default a/c in addon airport fine; Aerosoft bus anywhere, black screens and CTD I installed according to the guide: Airbus Professional Uninstall and Reinstall Procedure (for those having issues) I'm using W11 Home all drivers and updates are up to date, graphics driver up to date, P3D5.4.9.28482

Hi, Yesteday I did a flight on IVAO with A330. Everything was great except CPDLC. Every time I try to connect to ATC, it displayed info that this station was not online despite it was (I even chatted with one and he said that he was able to communicate via CPDLC with other "pilots"). On last flight it was Gander, however later I've checked it on others (LFLL, EDMM, EGHH, EPWW) - the same issue. Is there a safe method to adapt the Fuel Planner to reflect specific weights etc for aircraft in the sim? The generic weights in the planner are fine but don't reflect the exact variations for easyJet and BA for example with different seat configurations etc. Thanks

Hi there, I have a new problem with this AC : when I fly long haul, after several hours, the display freezes. Nothing moves, the range nobe or any other movement have no effect. Hi there, I have Prepar3D v5 and Airbus Professional Pack I have this problem where every time I go off of Prepar3D for a minimum of about 2 seconds the plane starts going crazy, and when I say crazy I mean movements; the whole plane is shaking viciously, the speed is flicking +/- 10 knots and the altitude is flicking +/- 500ft! Very annoying when I want to look at other things while flying (e.g social media, youtube). The thing is when I tab out, not even search the web, the plane gone weird. The only way I can is by pausing my flight and unpausing when I get back, even then when I unpause a slight shudder happens (definitely not as bad as when I don't p…

Hi everyone! I recently purchased the FSLabs a320-321 professional for p3d v6. An issue occurred with the airbus. When I wanted to load a flight it kept saying: "p3d flight sim error ND Creating paths and file names failed" AND "Empty file path! Please check .e.g. "add-ons.cfg" for correct TITLE and PATH sections...!" Please see the pictures. I have no idea how to solve it. I tried downloading it in the add-ons folder but still... issue keeps occurring so how do I fix this? Really weird. Btw my add-ons cfg don't have a 3rd package etc. Only 2 which are my downloaded airports but nothing else. I've no idea at this point...

Hello everyone, Hopefully some one could help me with an issue that all of a sudden I am experiencing. This issue has started to occur yesterday (24Jun24). Based on the attached error report, it appears that its a facilities.dll problem when I select the Aerosoft A320 pro, P3D suddenly crashes (after "loading terrain data, etc., etc.). When I select other aircraft, i.e. QW 787, P3D does not crash and loads normally. Gotta say I'm extremely disappointed in Aerosoft's Support System. I opened a ticket 28 Jan and have had little actual support. The last communication I received was 13 Feb. Dear All, I am not able to calibrate the sidestick to make simple and logical control inputs. As you can see at the screen capture, the X axis won't be centred inside P3D. (it goes all the way to the left, unlike the elevator axis.) The plane would keep banking left while the sidestick is physically at neutral position. Whilst the ThrustMaster or Windows default Joystick Calibration all showing normal and neutral position for the side stick. Could you please provide help? Really appreciate it. Thank you. Just completed a round trip zurich-JFK. flight out was fine absolutely zero issues & the flight back was fine until the approach when i ran in to some problems... Once established on the ILS i put the gear down and got 3 green indicated but then had a warning that the landing gear wasn't down on short final, after a go around I seen the landing gear was down on visual inspection but the doors had not fully shut back up. A330 Professional running on Win 10. I purchased this Windows machine exclusively to run Aerosoft A330 Pro application under P3D V 5. It does not get used for anything else. Aerosoft application is constantly crashing with Event Viewer Log indicating XAudio2_4.dll unloaded. This has happened previously and when I checked the Sound settings on P3D it was unchecked, although audio was working. It is now checked, but I have tried turning it off and had the same crash. The application is rendered useless and unusable. Would be grateful for assistance

Hey guys 🙂 I’m flying the professional Airbus in P3Dv5.4 all updated. Windows, drivers etc. all updated. Other components in the sim with scenery, Active sky and such is also up to date. Tho some sceneries are v4 products. So my problem started a week ago very suddenly. I made no changes in my sim nor my computer from the many successful flights to the start of this issue. Shortly after takeoff (somewhere between 10 second and 15 minutes) the sim just freezes. With my 5+ year on P3D it feels like it’s trying to load something heavy. After 10-20 seconds it unfreezes and continue smoothly for 30-60 seconds and freezes again. Some freezes triggers the …

I done my first flight after longer time. I first had the problem that the bus always crashed when going to ATSU and DEP ATIS. Always a crash. There was also another menue in ATSU which causes a crash. Then when reaching final flightlevel it always crashs again. My final FL was FL400 and till 39800ft no problem, but suddenly thereafter no message just freeze for seconds and back to desktop. Never got a error. When reloading a saved point again no problems till the final level. I can not even hear the checklist voice. So it seems to happen a bit before. Hi Everyone, Has anyone managed to edit the A330 files to increase fuel capacity with the tanks that are included. I know this is to be done at own risk as it is editing the aircraft files but I'd really like to increase in the fuel as if there was a center fuel tank and think we should have this option but know aerosoft have no plans to do anything else with the a330. I have tried to follow the process for A320 but does not work for the A330 the fuel planner allows me to plan the fuel extra fuel but the A330 will just 0.00 on the MCDU3 and not load the fuel. I am using TCA Airbus Captains edition currently, while trying to use the A330, I've come across multiple problems with the quadrant. The reversers are the only detents that work. When trying to take them out of any other mode it does not comply. I've t ried reinstalling the aircraft with no change and coming across the same issue over and over.
