I installed according to the guide: Airbus Professional Uninstall and Reinstall Procedure (for those having issues)

I'm using W11 Home  all drivers and updates are up to date, graphics driver up to date, P3D5.4.9.28482

Yesteday I did a flight on IVAO with A330. Everything was great except CPDLC. Every time I try to connect to ATC, it displayed info that this station was not online despite it was (I even chatted with one and he said that he was able to communicate via CPDLC with other "pilots"). On last flight it was Gander, however later I've checked it on others (LFLL, EDMM, EGHH, EPWW) - the same issue. My Hoppie code in the .ini file is matching, on Hoppie network I've set it to IVAO, generally speaking everything is set up as it should including the fact that I followed steps from:

I've tried to do some research on errors, but couldn't find anything specific. The only thing CPDLC related I've found is some kind of log from install location (Prepar3D v4 Aerosoft Airbus/Aerosoft A330 Professional/Data(. The file (CPDLC.txt) located there contains this kind of data:

Can anyone help me PLEASE!? Is there anything I missed or done wrong?

I would really like to be able to use this feature of Aerosoft's "Big Bus"!

The generic weights in the planner are fine but don't reflect the exact variations for easyJet and BA for example with different seat configurations etc.

I have a new problem with this AC : when I fly long haul, after several hours, the display freezes. Nothing moves, the range nobe or any other movement have no effect.

Picture at the end of my flight LFPG-CYVR, short arrival!

Does anybody allready had this problem?

Very annoying when I want to look at other things while flying (e.g social media, youtube). The thing is when I tab out, not even search the web, the plane gone weird. The only way I can is by pausing my flight and unpausing when I get back, even then when I unpause a slight shudder happens (definitely not as bad as when I don't pause).

My FPS average whole flight: 32-35, on task switch: 29-33. Never gone below 29, the worst FPS is about 20 (but for 1-2 seconds, only happens when Rex inject the weather)

Hopefully some one could help me with an issue that all of a sudden I am experiencing. This issue has started to occur yesterday (24Jun24). Based on the attached error report, it appears that its a facilities.dll problem when I select the Aerosoft A320 pro, P3D suddenly crashes (after "loading terrain data, etc., etc.). When I select other aircraft, i.e. QW 787, P3D does not crash and loads normally.

To begin, I have P3D v5.4.9.28482 installed on a new PC (strictly only for P3D, not used for anything else) with Windows 11 Home (version 23H2). All drivers/software used, including Nvidia (latest driver 555.99 updated as of June 4, 2024) is current. This also includes the latest version of A320 (1.4.3.2) The last flight I did in P3D was on June 10, 2024. A few days I purchased and installed (22Jun24) the following new aircraft: A2A C172 and Carenado C172. 2 days ago, I've had no issues when I launched P3D when testing out both aircraft and setting up cameras, buttons/keys in FSUIPC. Every time I start up P3D, everything ran like normal. However, yesterday (24Jun24), when I launched P3D to do a flight using the Aerosoft A320pro, that's when I noticed P3D would CTD which never happened before. Below is a summary of what happened:

I right click and run P3D as "run as administrator." P3D launches good, seeing the splash screen, prompts me the main menu and then I select aircraft and airport per usual. Once I click the "OK" button, I see what is displayed in the attached screenshot (which to me, normally its a black screen background with the "loading terrain data box only showing then I see myself at the gate or parking position). But in this case, after the "loading terrain data" is loaded, P3D crashes on me. Even when I go to Task Manager to see if the P3D process is still running, nothing there.

I attached the error report. Any thoughts??

Good afternoon/evening. It has been two weeks since my last response to you and I have yet to hear back. This is an issue that causes some concern for me and I would love to receive an answer from you (Aerosoft). I have always held your products in high regard, even placing them alongside Precision Manuals Design Group (PMDG), however, the lack of support from you has been extremely disturbing, to say the least. PMDG closed my ticket within 48 hours when I had an issue.

I will reiterate the entirety of the issue below:

In regards to the A318-321 Professional and the A330 Professional products, no externall lights are visible from an external view.
I have taken the following steps:

1. Clearing shaders and restarting the simulator
2. Uninstalling the aircraft, restarting the simulator, exiting the sim, reinstalling the aircraft
3. Uninstalling the simulator and reinstalling just the Airbus aircraft
4. Reinstalling Windows

In addition, I have utilized every forum post as noted below to attempt to rectify the situation. The issues continue to persist. I look forward to some sort of response, whether it be in a continued support discussion, or some sort of compensation for a product which fails to work as advertised.

I am not able to calibrate the sidestick to make simple and logical control inputs. As you can see at the screen capture, the X axis won't be centred inside P3D. (it goes all the way to the left, unlike the elevator axis.)

The plane would keep banking left while the sidestick is physically at neutral position.

Whilst the ThrustMaster or Windows default Joystick Calibration all showing normal and neutral position for the side stick.

Could you please provide help? Really appreciate it. Thank you.

Once established on the ILS i put the gear down and got 3 green indicated but then had a warning that the landing gear wasn't down on short final, after a go around I seen the landing gear was down on visual inspection but the doors had not fully shut back up. On my 2nd attempt at landing I had the same issue and once landed realised I also had no reverse thrust with both hardware & then keyboard commands, once I came to a stop and checked the outside view seen the aircraft itself was slightly sunk into the ground and the wheels despite being down were clearly having some issues with the rear ones not in the horizontal position as you can see from the photos attached, I then tried to taxi off the runway to find I also had no nose wheel steering.

after having a search of the forum I see I'm not the only person to run into this exact same issue and that thread lacked any sort of solution or answer to why it happened & frankly was annoying to read as all the replies from anyone associated with aerosoft seemed to suggest it was a user problem over an aircraft problem which it certainly isn't, calibration issues don't cause what I experienced with the gear indication and the aircraft being sunk into the ground with a rear gear not in the horizontal position..., especially when I'd already completed a trip with no issues and didn't restart the sim between flights, nor did I use time acceleration.

aircraft - A330-300 RR variant (Swiss livery) (latest version installed as I only bought it about a week ago & double checked via the aerosoft updater)

sim - P3d 4.5 (just had a full system restore & re-install 2-3 weeks ago)

I'm creating this post because I really don't have any more ideas of how to fix this. I just installed the newest version of A3xx Pro for P3Dv4, which crashes only seconds after turning on ext. power. Judging by the event viewer this is related to KERNELBASE.dll, error 0xc0020001. I have done my research and tried basically everything I could to solve this issue, as suggested. In total I have tried

          Re-installing the buses several times

          Re-installing and updating any visual C++ redistributable that I could find

          Performed SFC and DISM checks

          Reseating basically all hardware components, and checked that they work

Basically, what happens is that the aircraft loads correctly into the cold and dark state, I turn on ext. power, sometimes an ecam message will flash very irregularly, something related to fuel, but I couldn't quite catch it; and then P3D freezes and crashes eventually. This problem only appears in the buses. I hope somebody can help me with this issue.

I have reinstalled the aircraft several times but I still get the CTD

I purchased this Windows machine exclusively to run Aerosoft A330 Pro application under P3D V 5. It does not get used for anything else.

Aerosoft application is constantly crashing with Event Viewer Log indicating XAudio2_4.dll unloaded. This has happened previously and when I checked the Sound settings on P3D it was unchecked, although audio was working. It is now checked, but I have tried turning it off and had the same crash.

The application is rendered useless and unusable. Would be grateful for assistance

I’m flying the professional Airbus in P3Dv5.4 all updated. Windows, drivers etc. all updated. 
Other components in the sim with scenery, Active sky and such is also up to date. Tho some sceneries are v4 products.

So my problem started a week ago very suddenly. I made no changes in my sim nor my computer from the many successful flights to the start of this issue. Shortly after takeoff (somewhere between 10 second and 15 minutes) the sim just freezes. With my 5+ year on P3D it feels like it’s trying to load something heavy. 
After 10-20 seconds it unfreezes and continue smoothly for 30-60 seconds and freezes again. Some freezes triggers the “Not responding” in the window and few triggers CTD.

I started doing tests! Deleted scenery, flew without active sky, other places on the planet etc.

No matter what, the problem was the exact same. 
Then I tried other aircraft’s for the same flights, like airports/altitudes… and nothing happened. The sim ran smoothly as ever. PMDG, QW, Carenado, Alabeo and default aircraft and many more. 

I conclude that only the Aerosoft Airbus has this problem for me. GSX, UGCX and everything works perfectly on ground and so does the aircraft, not even a lag. But in the air this issue occurs every single time. 

I uninstalled every bit connected to Aerosoft Airbus and restarted my PC. Did I full install and setup from scratch. The exact same behavior continues.

I hope someone has ideas, missed updates or just something in mind.

Has anyone managed to edit the A330 files to increase fuel capacity with the tanks that are included. I know this is to be done at own risk as it is editing the aircraft files but I'd really like to increase in the fuel as if there was a center fuel tank and think we should have this option but know aerosoft have no plans to do anything else with the a330. I have tried to follow the process for A320 but does not work for the A330 the fuel planner allows me to plan the fuel extra fuel but the A330 will just 0.00 on the MCDU3 and not load the fuel. Any help would be appreciated. I have edited the Aircraft.cfg, the MCDU3C and the A330 in the fuel planner.

Just want to share my experience on the A330 with enhanced atmospheric turned On on the P3D v5.2 HF1.

My computer is not the most advance but can handle 24 fps stably with complex add-ons.  I found that if I have EA on, the computer has to work very hard on the A330 and fps can go to below 10 fps.  Once I turned off EA, it behaves normally again.

I am sure Aerosoft is investigate this issue and understand that P3D v5 is unstable.  Just want to share my experience if other people encountered the same problem.  Turning EA off for the bus may be a good workaround for long.

Today when I took a flight by A330, it shows error "ND log file could not be generated!" I was trying to reepair it but failed.

When chose "Okay" the scenery could be loaded but the aircraft's status could not. How to fix it?

I am using:
