Dear all, I installed the A330 today to fly it again (recently got back in P3D) but when I spool up the engines the initial whine during the spool is incredibly loud compared to the other engine sounds. I have tried the engine parameters in the sound settings in both P3D, and have looked at the sound settings in the MCDU. In fact, when I completely untick the sound selection in the P3D setting menu, and spool up the engines, I still hear the same whine audio file but not the rest of the engines! So it doesn't seem to be changed by the P3D settings. Any ideas? Best wishes, Daniel

Hello everyone, I have been trying to fly 2:30 hour flights at the moment with the Aerosoft A320 and after about an hour an a half I loose all enviromnt sounds and end up with just engine sounds. Does anyone know why this is. I have my audio settings on default. Thanks Oliver.

I have searched many questions and answers but couldn't find helpful solution for the Thrustmaster TCA. Today, what i have done is as below 1. First, remove TCA drivers by TCA installer and reboot PC 2. Reinstall TCA driver file as latest version 3. Update TCA firmware latest version, you can find the firmware updater on windows menu , if you installed TCA driver normally 4. Some issues with new HF from Prepar3d, unflyable, self explanatives. Similar behaviour with A-320, A-321. In addition to that, once selected A-330 or A-32x, if I try to change my vehicle to any other, I got a CTD. Any advice? Thanks, Luis

I am battling with the issue of the add-on.cfg deleting the Aerosoft entries at every P3d startup. I am talking about the add-on.cfg filke in the C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5 folder. All other entries (sceneries, other aircraft, tools)are still there but all entries related to Aerosoft (A318-319, 320-321, 330, crj) are gone which in turn produces the ND error message whenever I start a Bus. Hello, A few days ago I made a clean installation of P3D V4.5 and all the paid products (meshes, textures, airports, airplanes ...) I installed the latest version of Aerosoft a320 / a321, Version: 1.4.3.0 (P3D V4). In principle, everything worked fine. I have normal pressure in the hydraulic system. I have tried reassigning the button control several times, but neither the trim button, or the mouse control on the trim wheel moves it. Short of removing and reinstalling (which I have already done once because of a separate issue) I don't know what to do, as I cannot get the bird off the runway. Hi everyone , i recently had to update my SDK and delete generated files cuz of some problems with a different addon , but the thing is now the aircrafts do not show on p3d , not even in the addons list , i guess its likely that my addon.cfg got reseted , is there anyway to manually or other way to add them to p3d without having to reinstall the aricrafts again ? they still are on the same directory ,thanks!

Hi there, for some reason, that is unbeknownst to me, the view bar changed it's apperance. I cannot remeber making any input here. Can anybody tell me why that happened and how to change it back?

When I use the throttle axis, there is a problem with the wrong throttle range. Before the problem occurred, I updated the p3d version to v5.22. And I posted a video so that everyone can understand my problem. VID_20210716_183652.mp4

Hi everyone ,my question is if fly control available with a keyboard assignment .I fly P3DV4 A320 professional , after all assignment been done on keyboard only spoilers are available, ailerons rudder and elevators do not work (no surfaces deflection).But already check it out with some default aircraft and all deflections are okay.

Hi Guys, Just did a complete reinstall of the A330 and now i have an issue where the plane is constantly turning right will not taxi straight,the auto rudder is enabled both in P3D and on the plane, the tiller is disabled but i have tried turning them both on or off,it doesnt help the plane is constantly turn right in circles,i dont use any rudder pedals just a joystick which is configured in P3Dv4.5. I dont seem to have this issue with anyother payware aircraft including the smaller buses,just the A330,i know im more than likely doing something wrong but i cant figure it out. P3Dv4.5. Gary Jones

Hello, I have 2 sounds issues in the A318/319/320/321 in P3D V4.5 please. The first one is with GSX. GSX interaction sounds are totally cutoff when I use the aircraft, but it works with other aircraft (777, etc...). GSX works, but I can't hear anything from GSX. The GSX Services option is on. The second is with the sound of the aircraft. There is a quite loud constant background noise (quite loud with headsets on) I can't get rid of. The sound options in the MCDU3 do not seem to have much effect even when battery sounds, cooling sounds, etc... are reduced to 10%, for example. Hi Guys, Looking for a little advice or help,prior to the most recent update i had no problems at all with the fuel planner,correct amounts that where generated and loaded into the Airbus with any problems.Now after the update the correct amounts are generated but when loaded into the Airbus A320 it is totally different to the what the fuel planner recommended.The trim setting is always 0.0 when in the planner its up 0.8,the fuel is the only thing that is correct,passengers and cargo are always way out,last flight LXGB to EGKK in the planner i put 123 passengers and 2.0 tonnes of cargo,it loaded into the aircraft 45 pass and 3.0 tonnes of cargo.Correct proced…

Hello everybody. I have set everything in the Airbus Configurator, but both the speedbrake lever and flap lever do not work. When i move them, nothing happens, neither the speedbrakes nor the flaps are activated. Is there anything else to set besides the settings in the Configurator?

Can someone point me to the switch that controls market audio please?

I have tried everything I can possibly think of and it all ends the same, Device Hung. I'm on P3D V5.2 and I have removed, real light & true Glass in the Airbus and still get the error. I do have a Brand New AMD 6800XT video card so I know I have enough VRAM to run it. I also can run other models without any issues at all. Is anyone in Aerosoft working on fixing the issue or is their a different fix that I may not be aware of? My brother went to FSLABS during 5.1 HF1 and he has not had any problems and we are pretty much running on the same system, with the same simulator settings and the exact same video card. I have attached a copy of the error.

Hi Aerosoft team hope you are all well, firstly thanks for the new updates and looking forward to trying them out .... now I understand that they are new builds so will need a full uninstallation and reinstall but I just wondered what the best way to go about it is?... i normally install a new build or update then re boot but as i have the full range of A318-A330 in both V4 and V5 this can get time-consuming...for future reference would it be fine to install all of them than do one reboot after or is it still best to reboot after each and every install (how i did it)? Hey guys! I don't like the preinstalled camera sets that aerosoft uses for the airbus a330 and a320 family, specifically in the wing views. I like having a "passenger' perspective in the wing views, much like how we see other developers do it (i.e. pmdg). Is there a way I can customize these presets to reflect the wing views I want without investing in a software like chaseplane? Thank you, Amrick

Image kind of says it all really..... Recently done a fresh install of my entire system. Installed the Airbus did the update to latest version 1.4.2.1 etc etc. Load up each model to check all are ok and the A319 IAE PL2WINSAT model has no landing gear, the GPU is buried into the side of the door, the door itself is half open and the rudder is deflected... I have a legal copy of both the A318/319 Pro and A320/321 Pro from Simmarket. None of the other models have this issue... Just the PL2WINSAT model...
