Any suggestions to fix this ?

 

My sons quadrant right throttle lever is ok but the left is pulling back past the 0 throttle position its not activating reverse thrust its just going back about half way between 0 thrust and full reverse.

Hi all. I seem to have worked out the throttles, but i can't figure out how to map the eng1/2 switches and mode selector knob. I'm in FSX Steam - can anyone help? Cheers
