A330 DXGI Device Reset Error

Hi

I'm sad to have to report this but it seems that there is a real problem for me with the A330. For the second time in two flights the aircraft has had a DXGI Device Error mid flight, meaning that P3D has to be terminated. In this case the addons were:

A330 professional 1.0.5.1

Active Sky 8024

FSDT Los Angeles

GSX

AIG AI Traffic

And my specs are:

Intel i7 9700k

NVIDIA GeoForce RTX 2060 6GB

32GB RAM

Windows 10 64 Bit

The CTD occurred about an hour or so into the flight. This has varied previously from shortly after takeoff to several hours into the flight.

This leaves no error log in the Event Viewer except for the following:

I searched the forums but I found nothing directly relating to an issue like this. A search of LM's forums revealed something similar, indicating an issue with NVIDIA drivers:

https://www.prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=141698

However I want to be quite clear about this - this does not happen with any other aircraft or addon since the last driver update, it happens only with the A330. I have completed several long haul flights in the QW 787, various PMDG aircraft and none of them present this error - leading me to conclude this must be something that the A330 is doing. I cannot see how it can be anything else. Has anyone got any insight into this problem?

Many thanks

Sam
