Downloading and installing

Hi, the A320/321 EFB and most of the manuals show the A330 Logo. Is that intended?

I downloaded, completely uninstalled and reinstalled the new build of the A330. When I start up my simulator, it CTD's on the splashscreen. There are no entries in the event viewer. The only way I can get the sim to open again is if I uninstall the A330 and use the delete generated files.bat in the P3D Directory. I am running Prepar3Dv4.5HF2 (The latest)

After experiencing numerous freezes with the A333 I decided to uninstall and install again, however when I enter my serial and email in the appropriate installer fields I get the error as shown below. I have used this combination for previous install with no problems, I checked my account and the serial is the same. What is my next step to get it to install. Is there a limit on the number of times the A333 can be installed? Steve

Hi, Question: Does version 1.3.0.3 require a uninstall/re-install? Or is this an update? I tried the Aerosoft Updater, which shows the aircraft models in RED, but it the "update selected product" button does NOT work. Thanks for help

Anyone know what might be causing this? I just downloaded the latest versions from Simmarket today and each installer (A318/19,A320/21,A330) runs through the install procedure but hangs. During this time P3D gets launched. Once I kill the P3D process, the AS installer completes. Everything seems to installed, but the addon.xml does not make it into the library -- so the aircraft will not show up in the sim. I'm installing as admin and have my AV turned off. Just to update: I can add the xml files manually and all aircraft appear in the sim and load up just fine. Still, such an odd problem -- never seen it before.

Hello I know the EFB for the A330 can not be removed from the cockpit. I’m hoping the latest update for the A318-A321 Pro will not be the same. 1. If the update is installed will the user have the option to not display the EFB? 2. Is there a way to roll back the update?

Hi, according your advise is to uninstall previous version before install the updater A330. Programs and features uninstall, what I get is ERROR: Missing uninstall log file!!! Please advise!! Georgios

Hello Who made the update 1.3.0.0 of the Airbus Pro Aerosoft A319 / A320 on P3Dv4? Because since this update my plane does not follow the flight plan, it goes straight and even at a certain time during the ascent phase it climbs to 5300 feet / minute And the speed stands at 250 kts while my flight plan indicates 280 kts Ideas

Hey guys, Anyone know how to fix this issue where in the select vehicle menu, A330 does not show a preview, and also once starting a flight, all I see is the shadow, no VC, no external model anything.

Hi. I deleted the old version and installed 1.3 in the P3D V4.5. Now I have a lot of problems: - Puhback does not work correct, no turns and no stopping after the requested meters. - No more / wrong mangeded speed: after TO until 10000f only 220kt, after 10000f maintain 220 kt and does not increase. See pictures. - No time data in MCDU Allready uninstalled and new installed 1.3.0.0, but not resolved. Where can I get the old version; I am tired? Thanks Peter

Good evening, I just read the following post stating that there was A318/319 folder in the A320/321 folder after the 1.3.0.1 update. This had also been the case after I updated. No big deal, I could simply delete the folder and everything continued to work, but I think it actually contains changes that were supposed to be on the A320/321. For instance there have been no changes to the MCDU like in the A318/319. Might be worth a look . Thanks Lukas

Hello, i have made a clean reinstall with the 1.30.00 update for airbus 318...321 pro. I have not test it yet. Can i update to the 1.30.01 without serious bugs. Thanks for a short reply please. Michel

Hi, I have just installed the A330 from scratch and got a message i had neve seen... Best. Miquel.

I ran the updater for the A318/319 without issue, However the A320/321 crashes the updater when I try to run it. The A330 update went flawless as well. Just thew A320/321 is giving an issue. Any Ideas? Don Brashears

My Aerosoft Upadter from AS330 v1.006 to v1.007 crashed

I tried to update the A330 today to version 1.0.0.7. It updated previously to 1.0.0.6 without problem. The ASUpdater crashes immediately. Strangely no problem updating A318-321 to 1.3.0.1 I believe there was an update to the updater? Any help appreciated Kind regards Shane appcrash.txt

FYI, I just ran the update for the A318-A319 and A320-A321. They both ran normally, but I now have a "Aerosoft A318-A319 Professional Base" folder in my A320/SimObjects/Airplanes folder. All of the files contained therein have the same modified dates as the files within that A318-A319 folder that I assume they were intended to go into (so in other words, the update seems to have been applied to the A318/A319). However, the same-named files in the corresponding A320/A321 folder appear not to have been updated (modified date 23 Dec). I have looked at other threads on the sticky about updater and none of them really address my issue. The updater seems to try to make some illegal connection to the server, I have reinstalled 3 times. More details below..... I can HTTP into the server/IP on the log file but it comes up with some odd console login, i do however can use the entire XML url and retrieve the XML document so...., all my firewall and AV are disabled.
