Downloading and installing

Strange stuff here. I have installed the A318/A319, however, none of these a/c comes up as as option from the list of airplanes to chose in P3D. Why? - I recently upgraded from P3D 4.2 to 4.3 ... Only the "Client." I have LM 4.3 - Please note, I disabled my AV before installing..I have Windows 10 64bit, and Intel 7700K, and 16Gb of RAM.

When I launch P3dv4.3...I get the following errors......System Errors: VCRuntime 140.dll; MSVCP140.dll; CONCRT140.dll....Said try reinstalling program? What program. I am certainly not reinstalling P3dv4.3 from scratch and all my addons. I rebooted after installing per the screen and I click on the p3dv4.3 exe and this is what I get. Thanks for any help. I can't log in to the Aerosoft store get my serial number to allow me to install the A318/319, all I get when I try to log on is a message saying: 'Your access data could not be assigned to a user'. Please sort this out ASAP, being unable to install something you've paid for is not cool.

First of all anytime when I move my joystick the flight controls don't move, and I know its not a problem with my actual joystick because my joystick can move the rudder but thats it. I also tried even using mouse yoke and they still wont move the flight control surfaces. Here is a picutre, I am pulling full up and elevators are not moving. Another problem I'm having is on the windscreen there is some weird lighting effect and I already reset my shades to default which actually solved a problem with the cockpit being to dark but resetting the shaders to default fixed that problem. I also have P3D V4.3 which is required.

Yesterday I was installing the A320 Pro Family and I got a virus warning from my anti-virus scanner. This lead to the Airbus configurator not being installed. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

The installation program, airbus configurator, and updater isn't playing well with Norton Antivirus. For the benefit of the doubt, these are only potential hit indicators from Norton. But an explanation would be appreciated. Thanks.

Here is how to use the updater. First start it (you will find it easiest via de Windows Start Menu). You will need to be connected to the internet! It will show you the products and sims it could find. If there is an update for a product is is shown in red. Click on that title. It will now show the version you have installed and what version is available. Click [Update selected Product] to, you guessed it, update! Tada,,, you're done. And no malware! If you want to be in 'the fast lane' and receive updates that are not fully tested and documented you can activate that option in the Configuration
