Downloading and installing

Hello Downloaded the updated A318/A319/A320/A321 Ver.1230 for Prepar3d V4, installer runs until the end then disconnects after installing the Aerosoft Updater, No Anti virus- No firewall- tried so many paths but still no help- Tried an old version and other aircraft, installs normal, tried many times no help, anyone can shed some light please! Hi, I just a few minutes ago bought the A320/321. I now have a black 3rd MCDU that will not turn on on all models from 318 to 321. And the FCP is black. And no FD display on the PFD. Exact steps: 1. Downloaded the 320/321 2. No AV on my PC ever, Defender always off. 3. Ran the installer as Admin 4. When installed rebooted the PC. 5. Ran the updater and went to 1.2.3.1 6. Updated A318, 319, 320, & 321 all to 1.2.3.1 7. Loaded P3D 4.4 and an A320 and now I have a black 3rd MCDU and black screens in the MCP on all models of the Airbus. So I’m at a loss and can’t fly any of them. …

Hi, after loving the A318/319 I just now bought the A320/321. I see there's two files, one is the main installer and the other is the paint files. Are these livery files I need to install or are they for repainters only? I'm only asking because I have no idea what to do with them and I wouldn't know where to begin with repainting. Many thanks. Hello, Since you/Aerosoft are not willing to provide an older recent version of the aircraft, can you confirm that v1.2.3 will operate properly within the P3D v4.3 platform? Thanks, mike

I continue to have a problem with the CDU. Specifically, Keyboard Entry. When I upgraded to 1.2.2.2, along with the other issues it created, I lost the ability to use the keyboard entry. While waiting for the 1.2.3.0 fix to be linked to my PCAviator account, I did a full uninstall of both the 318-319 & 320-321, rebooted. Re-downloaded 1.2.2.1. Installed it, rebooted. Everything worked fine again. The TOD was being calculated and displayed by the CDU. Keyboard entry could be enabled/disabled by clicking the bar to the left of the keypad. When 1.2.3.0 was linked to my account (02.05.19), I downloaded it, did a full uninstall of 1.2.2.1, and rebooted. I …

Hi! I have a little problem. I have both A318/319 and A320/321. After the installation, the A320/321 shows up in the scenario window in P3D v4.4, but the A318/319 does not. After two reinstalls, it still does not appear. What can I do? Thank you in advance

Greetings all, I have uninstalled the prior ver of A320-321, rebooted, then installed 1.2.3.0 per the instructions. Upon starting a flight, I am seeing flashing screens (ie, the scenery out the window is flashing), while sitting in the Cockpit in VC mode, while P3d 44 is running in 'windowed mode'. I notice if I do an 'Alt-Enter' to go to full screen mode, this flashing stops. But I need access to windowed mode for several functions / menus we use while in flight, most notably switching in / out of VR. This was not observed in the prior ver. Just triedVersion 1.2.3.0 and it seems ok. A few minor problems with the checklist calls and still have the strange speed ups while taxiiing. Probably because I stopped the push back . Flying part is good. First time I have been able to carry out a Rnav approach properly. Dave

I was hoping we could get more details on to to remove the current installled version and install the latest A320 pro version so not to lose any key settings and/or associations to things like LINDA programming, ChasePlane etc.. Also after doing this new install will the update start working again? Please advise Joe

Hi, I am trying to run the updater for the "Aerosoft A318-A319 Professional" & A320-A321(both types are in red font) to install version 1.2.3.0. It will not run the updater when iI click "update selected product". I am running P3Dv4. Also the updater says: there is a new installer available for this product. Please download it from your shop account!. Where would I find the file? I can not locate it in downloads. Thanks for help

Hi, I was uninstalling v1.2.2.1 to install v1.2.3.0 and noticed that the A320-A321 uninstaller has the A318-A319 header. The A318-A319 header is as it should be. This is minor detail but thought I'd mention it because it might confuse some people. The picture attached is of the A318-A319 uninstaller, however, the A320-A321 uninstaller looks the same.

I updated to 1.2.2.2 shortly after it was released but after seeing the problems others were having (and confirming at least some of them myself) I decided to roll back to 1.2.2.1. Prior to rolling back from 1.2.2.2, I saved the entire "Aerosoft" add-on folder, as I typically do to preserve my liveries and aircraft.cfg edits. As a result, and after installing v1.2.1.0 as downloaded from the Shop, I've found that although the Updater did download and install some files and now claims that I have the latest version (1.2.2.1), I have discovered at least a few files where my currently installed files are older than my backup files. Removed the "old" A320 version and wanted to install version 1230 but i've got a message: serial number or e-mail adress you provided is wrong. We have updated the A320/A321 professional and the A318/A310 professional to version 1.2.3.0. This is NOT an update shared via the updater tool because we had several reported issues that most likely were caused by incorrect installations. We felt it was better to force a complete new install so everybody is on the same file set. You will find the complete new build on your order history page. Well ive recently got p3d 4.4 on my windows 10 machine and installed a320 professional. Now p3d wont load correctly.I run as administrator but it crashes before p3d splash screen. Ive tried to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times. I read in a different thread that raas could cause problems so i didnt istall that.Really dont know what to do? Hello All, I recently bought this Aircraft and have been experiencing issues with FPS. I load into the aircraft, an error dialogue box pops up saying "An Error Log Could Not Be Generated", but the aircraft continues loading. Once in the sim, I have 1 fps max. This is a fresh install with no other addons I meet all system requirements. Any help?

Hi My Aerosoft Updater is offering me update 1.2.2.1 Experimental, although I have unticked the option "Show available experimental udpates for my products". Now, is it experimental or not? Is this a mistake? Thx and regards Chris

I have recently purchased the A320, A321 pro. After installation, I an getting a constant flickering while in the flight deck mode. I am using ChasePlane, but get no flickering while outside the aircraft. The flickering is consistent with all aircraft as is the non-flickering outside the flight deck. UPDATE: Strangely, the flickering stops when the mouse pointer is added to the scene! Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you Michael
