Downloading and installing

I purchased my Aerosoft airbuses through Steam and have no idea how to update them. I am using FSX. If anyone could help that would be much appreciated!

After reinstalling the new A330 1.0.1.0, the XML profile under Fuel Planner folder is missing. I tried reinstalling again and again and downloaded the installer a second time but it is still missing. Norton AV was off and I checked if it blocked any files somehow but seems all was ok with installation. Maybe someone can post this file for download? Thank you.

Hi folks, I hope you are all keeping well. Apologies if this has been asked before but I don't see it mentioned in the install guides. When updating an Airbus Professional product, it asks if you want to install RAAS. This happens whether RAAS is installed or not. * Is it safe to say 'no' if RAAS is already installed? * Would it be possible to change the installer to detect the installed version of RAAS and only prompt for an installation if it isn't already installed or the installed version is out of date? Hi, I just installed my Airbus Pro. 318/119 and 320. I opened P3d with hf3 and selected a 319. clicked ok the the screen gos black with the working circle on for about 10 seconds and then gos to my desktop. I installed them according to the manual. If I load the default acft and then change to a Airbus,it works but I know that is not the right way to do it. Thanks, Greg

Hi there. So I've installed the new update as per instructions in the forum. I installed the new livery manager, and the updated version again as per instructions. Now when I load up P3Dv4, and select the Aerosoft A320, even with a repaint that came with the aircraft (default livery G-EZTB) the aircraft is blank, no textures or livery visible.

Just a quick note on what's happening right now. We are at this moment testing full new installers for the A318/A319 and A320/A321 for P3d V4.5. As we have seen some issues that can only be explained by mix-ups in files versions we decided to do only a new full build. Hi all, Saw a thread on this, and the person was able to resolve it (but didn't share details as to how...). My ASUpdater won't run no matter what, it gives me a generic Windows dot net error. I ran the dotnet fixer and it didn't solve the problem. The error I get is pretty simple: "This application could not be started." There's no real additional info. P3D v4.5 with Hotfix 2 (not the new HF). Running as admin. Any ideas?

Dear all, I installed the A320/A321 professional last week on P3D 4.5 HF2 and I even updated it to v1.3.0.5 (experimental) Today, i updated P3D to 4.5 HF3 that just released. After that, I wanted to check if my version of A320 proff was still up to date. Aerosoft updater (v 1.4.0.1) was/is crashing few seconds after startup. It is running as administrator So I reinstalled the complete A320 pro package. Same issue with the updater. I even tried an installation (with windows defender off). Same outcome. A320 Pro Crashes minutes after loading in P3dv4. I have had to rebuild my whole win 10 system, so have a new up to date install of P3dv4 and win 10. I installed updated copies of the Airbus Pro Bundle (downloaded from the website). Every time I load the A320 ( or others from the series) the plane loads - with a backwards view of the cabin- and then about 30-60 seconds later the sound stutters and P3dV4 crashes completely and very quickly. I have tried numerous combinations of liveries and models, airports and runways, but always the same. If I DO NOT TOUCH the sim once the plane is loaded it still crashes! Hi, I have installed Aerosoft A320 Pro onto my computer after completely removing P3D and reinstalling everything including sceneries etc. After installing Aerosoft I cannot even start the sim, it starts to load up however it doesnt get as far as the startup screen it just disappears. If I go and remove the Aerosoft A320 everything works fine. To get around this I have installed the A320 again and to get the sim started I have to go and select Delete Generated Files in the P3D root folder. Then the sim starts up as per normal. However when I go to the Aircraft List the A320 isnt listed. I have gone into the Addons area from the startup screen however there is n…

Hello together, I set up my computer (new WIN10 installation) and I started to install my P3Dv4. Afterwards I rebooted the computer and activated the Sim. Next step: the installation of the AS A320. Hi when ı downlad Aerosoft A330 Profesional , at the setup when ı approaching the end of the setup it iş giving eror “prepar3d path not found” then ı click okay ı just go in to sim plane is all working except EFB and before flight fuel pllaner. Than ı look into aerosoft folder There is no EFB folder and fuel pllaner folder. How can ı fix it? thankyou

However, I originally purchased the software from "FS Pilot Shop", which is no longer in business. Dear Aerosoft Team, Can you please advise why I get to see the following when installing the Airbus A330 product. I saw this when installing the product the first time and resolved it myself at the time by removing the livery. As I'm experiencing a number of issues with this aircraft, I decided to uninstall and again do a new download / installation. Installed as Admin and without anti-virus program active.
