Downloading and installing

That's about my Prepar3D, but I don't know how to fix that. Please help me. I won't give informations yet, just ask me whatever is necessary.

Hi everyone, I have this problem during the installation on my sim, anyone nose what can I do?

I was running out of space on my C drive and was trying to get creative in saving space. Soooo, I moved the Aerosoft folder ( which has A319,318,320, 330, CRJ Pro) from C drive to the D drive on my HP (D drive had over 916GB free, compared to C which had only 9gb free). I started up P3d v4.5 and no aircraft showed up, so I cut and paste back to the original location (C/Documents), restarted P3d 4.5 and it still didn't show. This was stupid on my part, so I need help in trying to fix it the less painful way possible. Thanks for your help..

The updater installed v1.0.2.1. Now my Airbus 330 CTDs instantly upon loading. I have Prepar3d v4.5 and I'm pretty shocked to find out the updater updated to a P3Dv5 version. Is this right? I do not own Prepar3d v5, I own Prepar3dv4.5HF3. I reinstalled v1.0.1.0, but the updater keeps installing v.1.0.2.1 instead of v.1.2.1.0. Is there a way to fix this? Hi all, I've just upgraded to P3D V5 and the only version of the A330 in my JustFlight account is 1.0.1.0. Is this version compatible with V5? Cheers, Dave.

Hello everyone, hope you are all doing well and that you're healthy and safe during those tough times.. I was installing the a330 today on P3D v5 HF2 but unfortunately it isn't appearing on the aircraft list, nor on the addons section. Any help would be much appreciated!

I just bought the A330 and I'm having trouble installing it. See pictures below. I have the most up to date version of P3D v4.5 installed. I disabled my anti-virus software during my first installation attempt. After loading the aircraft in the sim for the first time no model or flight deck showed in the sim. I then followed the instructions in the uninstall and reinstall procedure doc, again ensuring that my AV software was disabled at all times and same result. Any ideas?

Hello. I messed up things in cameras, so I launched Delete Generated Files.BAT from P3D folder. Now A330 not showing up. Is there any way to fix this? I know reinstall is option but would prefer other way.

Hey, in the Changelog it is written that the Sidestick of TM is supported. The A330 does have the setting in the Configurator, the A32x not ? BR

So all my aircraft have loaded for example PMDG and the 787 that are in the base folder, however after searching, re installing everything the correct way(I have to use my D drive as my C drive is full) I am having issues with any aircraft including the Aerosoft Airbuses not loading in P3D V4.5 and im about to pull my hair out.. Deleted the folders, did a complete reinstall according to each Developer and Lockheed's posts. I am still stuck with only aircraft in the P3D SimObjects folder. I would really appreciate if someone could help. I would greatly Appreciate it. Steve

I have bought a new computer and have to install Airbus A320 Pic 01 - My account and files Pic 02 - Destination folder Pic03 - ERROR (In Danish. It means: Error, syntax in filename or folder is wrong How can I install on my new computer. (No antivirus and Run as Administrator)

Hello, Where exactly can I find & download the latest installer to use? I have P3D v4 and V5. Aerosoft updater app is not specific in showing me where to get the necessary installer. I have looked all over your website and there's nothing in my account. Cheers, Greg

Installed the buses in P3D V5 but nothing shows up in the sim.(after computer restart) Same for the A330 that was working fine before... Any ideas? Thanks, David

Hello, I have P3d V4 and V5. I downloaded the new verzion of A320 Family Bundle for P3D V5. The installation file ran fine, but the aircraft didn't appear in the list of simulator. What have I done wrong? What do I need to do to make it work well? Thanks for the help in advance. Bakter

Hello! Why is the Airbus A318-321 installer creating a "Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Gauges" folder to install RealLight and TrueGlass. I have Prepar3D v4 completely uninstalled and fight only with Prepar3D v5 at the moment. In the "Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\Gauges" folder I can only find TrueGlass from a previous add-on installation. Regards Gerhard

The latest A320 installer continues the sad tradition to needlessly distribute files into directories located all over the hard drive. The most annoying part of this is the fact that a bunch of files are dropped into the users' OneDrive\Documents folder that definitely do not belong there, and most certainly don't benefit from syncing to other machines. On top of that, those files take more than 500 MB of OneDrive space, and that's just for starters. What business do ASUpdater, Livery Installer and ApplicationData (config files) have on my OneDrive? Shouldn't these much rather be put into C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming (or any other more specific, non-syncin…

The updater alerted me to install V1020. I don't have P3D V5 The installation does not go through. It shows an error with Features Transfer and there is obviously a problem with the Path. Am I correct, that V1020 is not downward compatible?

Hallo together, i fly with P3DV5 and aerosoft A 320 prof.... When I set in P3D the Controller to off and set in FSUIPC axis and controls calibrated - everything seems to be ok. But in the running Aircraft is only throttle and rudder working. When I Change the Aircraft to CRJ 900-(same Settings in P3D and FSUIPC) there the controls are all working fine. Controls are in WIN 10 calibrated. What can I do?? regrads Uwe

Hello, I just installed the latest version of the A330 and so far so good. I haven't taken it for a flight yet, however, I can't find the installation path. Also, I'd like to see where the liveries are located in case I need to manually install a repaint (or create one myself). Where does the new build install to by default?

Hi all, Although I've been flying sims for a while, I'm new to all this addon business, and am enjoying how much more life they give a sim beyond the default content. I bought the A330 Professional yesterday, and the installer is a version 1.0.1.0 installer. After installing, AS Updated doesn't work, as it says asupdater.dat can't be found. Also, the Livery Manager program just crashes. When I load up the plane in P3Dv4, it comes up with some error in relation to terrain? Also, when I click on the shortcut for the A3xx connector, it says file can't be found. The plane is flyable and the screenshots are lovely, but wondering if anyone can help me ir…
