Downloading and installing

I am still puzzled as to where I should install the Aerosoft A320/321 Professional series for P3Dv5. One installer information PDF states that it should be installed in the Main P3Dv5 Folder, another recommends that it should be installed in a so called Addon folder outside of the main P3Dv5 folder. Anyone know which is the correct installation procedure ?

I have installed the Aerosoft A320/321 Professional series as recommended in the Forum (Recommendation on HowTo Install the Airbus Pro) in a seperate folder (Addons) on my G drive but not, as also recommended, in the P3Dv5. P3Dv5 is also installed on this G drive but in a seperate folder P3Dv5. In P3Dv5 I can select all the Airbus aircraft as wished with no problems. The Livery Manager only indicates the P3Dv5 folder so how can I load any liveries when my aircraft are in another folder as indicated G:/Addons and not in the P3D folder?

Hi, Is there a way of being able to download a previous version of the above? Since the latest update, I have noticed various things that did not occur previously and wanted to test a few theories before realising it was me or having to log a ticket. The download I have is 1401 which is older than I wanted to go back to. Thanks Neil

Good morning, I had a reply on a thread regarding this, but at what it appears, it was deleted. I've installed my AS A330 on my P3DV5.1, and when I select it from the aicraft list and press "start flight" it gives an error about sound initialization and crashes. It does this everytime I tried to select the aircraft. Is there a way to fix this / is it a known bug? Thanks, Tiago

Might be a really simple answer, almost stupid even but once again following a fresh install of P3D and installing airports/aircraft from you guys i have 2 desktop updater shortcuts named slightly differently... ASUpdater Aerosoft Updater Can i simply just delete one or did you guys rename the updater and the installation of certain products just hasnt quite registered its duplicated the same thing? Thanks

I have a new computer and thus a new installation. I created a flightplan via simbrief and exported the data in the respective folders. I installed Airbus 319 - 321 and 330. Updated with the updater to current version. (Simwings EDDM does not update, it hangs) The fuelplanner shows only the a330. When I want to initiate the loadsheet, I get nothing. I use Navigraph data, I updated but the A330 does not find "MMMX", my destination.

I am getting ready to do a clean install of the A330 Pro. Per your Uninstall/Reinstall Procedures, I am to redownload the installer from where I purchased the aircraft. I purchased the Aircraft from Aerosoft, however, it is still showing Version: 1.0.1.0 (P3DV4) in my download list. Isn't the newest stable version 1.0.4.0 and the 1.0.4.1 hot fix? Should I wait until the download file is updated to 1.0.4.0 and then do the re-install? For my A318-A321 Pro aircraft, I puchased them through the FSPS store. Do I need to wait until they get the latest update from you before downloading as well? Again, this is iin regards to a clean install. Thanks…

Today I have updated my A3XX to the new 1.4.2.0. Although I don't feel very happy with the changes in the views selection, my main problem is that the Inertial navigation system takes some 120 minutes to stabilize. While this might be what happens in the RW, I would prefer the much more comfortable 7 minutes I had before. I could not find how to change this. I hope someone can help. Regards, Domingos

Hi I purchased this in good faith that the download would be straightforward and reasonably easy to download as per other aerosoft products. I am a fan or aerosoft so this pains me. I purchased A318/A319 and A320/A321 along with A330 on disk. I did not want to purchase something that caused a lot of issues when I downloaded it so that it ended up causing problems in Prepar3dv4 and it did I have looked at all the answers given by key members of aerosoft staff and quite frankly they are rubbish. We are the customers not them and yet they advise us to to do this and that when in fact the problem stems from their installers. I do not want a…

Hi, I just purchased the 330 over the week end, download ok but when I select the a/c from the flight sim it loads, and as soon as the cockpit appears, the sim shuts down. I have had a look around but I have not seen anything in the forum. So I am asking for some help on this one please. Shorty

Hi Aerosoft I checked the updater and was happy to see there was an update for the A318-A330s for P3D4.5 so i uninstalled as per the instructions but when i go to download the updated version it's still got the old versions on the Aerosoft site, i guess they will be updated tomorrow . Thanks Rich

Hello, I have placed a new SSD in my PC. Therefore all programs need to be installed. I have downloaded the latest files from my account. But when I select the exe.file then thestops after 30 seconds. The same with the CRJ-Prof? I have installed Prepard4 and EFB and GSX but I am unable to run the exe files from Aerosoft. I am the Administrator and also made compatibility as run as administator. When I check compatibility problem it gives a 0x80004005. Any Idea how to solve this? Frans van Zantbeek

I am using P3D_V4.5.14.34698 and Your Aerosoft Airbus (A318, A319, A320, A321) Professional P3V4_V1303. The liveries that come with the basic program are OK. However, alot of the addon liveries from this site do not work properly. I end up with the Overhead Panel, Pedestal and the Front Glare Screen are BLACK. Any ideas or thoughts??? Thanks
