Hi guys, i bought the a320 prof. family bundle yesterday and i did'nt find the manuals in the downloaded files. only found a patial german manual from last year. Where can i download the manuals/tutorial-flight etc.? Is there a newer german version too? Best Regards Dirk

Hello. I just purchased the A320/A321 Professional and I'm confused about the installation. My PC has 2 drives, one of which is an SSD with P3D v4.5 installed on it, and the other is a HDD. When I ran the installer for the first time it just asked about installing to a default folder which I believe was C:\Program Files(x86)\Aerosoft (or something to that effect), which I assumed was just asking about installing the documentation as that's not where my P3D is installed. In fact, P3D is installed into C:\P3D. Since I assumed the installer was just asking where to install the documentation, I changed the folder to my HDD and continued the installation. Flew from LIRP to EDDK, but couldn't enter a fix, because when i tried to press on the button it just didn't show anything. The field remained empty. Or if i wanted to enter a waypoint. The waypoint was or is not visible. I hope this bug is known and will be fixed. Best regards Flying Paul

It would be appreciated if more step by step details could be provided for a complete fresh install, I find the other post from today a bit vague. I am planning on a complete fresh install from version 1.2.3.2 I have installed currently. It appears we also need to install a new installer? Thanks in advance Joe

Hello, I've tried downloading the A318-319 installer v1.2.4.0 from my store account, but I'm getting the following message. I am signed into my account and I was able to download the 320/21 installer, but not the 318/319

I installed airbus 1.2.3.0. When I restarted my computer, I did not see the updater files. When I saw the unpacked installer, I noticed a folder with the installer. I copied this to documents/aerosoft/updater. When I start the updater now, it's just a blank blox that disappears after a few seconds. I have this since 1.2.3.0. I tried to copy the updater to another folder, but that gave my some big error box. What is going wrong? Martin Pampiermole

If as you can see in the following image, I have disabled the option of EXPERIMENTAL, why I get highlighted in RED that there is an update? As you can see in the following image I have the STABLE version 1.2.3.0 in A318-A319-A320-A321 And you can see both the A318-A319-A320-A321 which are EXPERIMENTAL, and I don't want to install them ever. I know I'm not installing with the STABLE but I do not like the application tells me otherwise. Would Appreciate a solution to avoid that, thanks

Hi there guys, Hope your all well. Just have a query after updating the Aerosoft A320. I used it perfectly yesterday but unfortunately today i decided to update it as i came across the new update. The new update, the PFD is not showing the correct information. In fact the PFD is showing no information in text. A picture is posted below. Are you able to advice me how i am able to fix, or if possible move back a to the previous version. Really hope to get back on the road fast as its the only aircraft i fly. Goodday to you al, my question is(sorry if i missed it somewhere) do I need to be on 1.2.3.0 or 1.2.3.2 update prior to install 1.2.3.4? Or can this experimental update be installed on an older update(via updater) or will there be new issues best regards Doc-dutch

I opened the Aerosoft update and saw that all aircraft are blue, not updates needed. Is this one vital or just if people want to join in the connected FD. Thanks.

So I see there’s a new experimental update to 1.2.3.4 and I’m supposed to back up my liveries. How do I do that? I have each and every livery saved in a zip file, do I have to manually reinstall all of them? That’s a heck of a lot of work. Is there an easier way? Thanks Jack

Hello, is it really necessary to save liveries before installing experimental update ? what is the best and easier method to save and reinstall liveries ? I use the following process so far: i save all the original liveries in a new folder, and in the aircraft.cfg folder, i erase the curent fltsim.xx and i copy and past the original one. it's a litle long to do. I saw the changelog for the latest experimental version and was excited to see brake fans were implemented! I have no access to a computer for awhile so I’m curious, which obsolete sounds were removed? Is it the external packs?

hi all when I try to install the new update (clean install) the installer stops install before installing the RAAS and shuts down not to complete the install !! we disabled the Norton but should we uninstall it?? thank u

good day Since yesterday i am fighting with p3dv4.4 and the aerosoft airbus pro bundle i can't use these planes and i don't know what i change on my laptop to have these problems the second screen show the fps number, if i load other planes from my hangar CRJ too i have no problem (screen 3 from crj ) i have already try uninstall, install in admin mode with no antivirus alive, update navigraph for these planes, change the addon .xml method to add these planes into the sim so now i am completly lost Please help me 😕 thanks in advance FRED

I am having a lot of trouble with Aerosoft CRJ and the A320 professional aircraft for P3Dv4.4. When both aircraft load all the screens are blank and none of the systems are working but you can hear the engines running. I have tried everything that i can think of and what I have found on the aerosoft forums. I re-downloaded the addons several times and installed them with my anti-virus software(Avast) disabled. I have even went as far as reinstalling P3Dv4.4 to make sure nothing was effecting the addons but I still end up with the same issues. All of my other addons are working correctly. I really need help on this problem. Thanks
