Downloading and installing

Good afternoon, when updating via aerosoft updatet does the plane turn completely white?...After turning on the internal check list, the ezdok camera starts jumping.

While installing the A330, it has a dependency for VC++ 2019 run times that it installs (I think for TruGlass?) ... After the VC++ 2019 run times complete the installer immediately attempt to restart. Fortunately I was able to cancel the restart and return to desktop to finish the installation ... which wanted to install additional products (RAAS I think). Had I allowed the restart, the installer would have never completed. Probably want to move the dependency that requires a restart as the last step in the installer execution chain. Cheers, Rob.

Was wondering if I missed a post somewhere or if it was pulled but I was that 1.0.0.2 upadte of the A330 was supposed to be live at 1200 Zulu which is 0400 my time. In the planning stages of another flight and would like to get the update in before I do so to check improvements in aircraft handling. Also checked the updater and it shows no updates. Yes I have Experimental updates checked as I already installed the 1.0.0.1 yesterday. Thanks, Jason

Hi, When I try to update the A330 for the lasted hotfix, the updater stops and close around downloading. I run it as Admin and have turn off the F/W. Please help.

Hi, want to uninstall the A330 but it says ERROR: Missing uninstall log file The A330 by my mistake it’s been installed in Program Files(x86). In its folder there is a Uninstall _A330Prof Application but that doesn’t work. Any other way please? Please need help George

The copilot does't stop say light on after take off. someone knows how can i fix this problem ??????

Hey Guys I have the A330 installed and all seems to be working well aside from crashes in the EFB. I know there is an update for this. However I do not see the 330 in the updater.... As you can see in the screenshot. My other a/c are there, but no A330. Any thoughts? Thanks! Phil

Hello, Airbus pro 64 appears to have a correct overall operation. But there is , it seems a problem with managed descent early in the process. The speed automatically selected in the FMS is too fast (340nm) , and the alarm starts again and again during one minute... I see this problem wiyh all models. I use the version 1.2.5.2 . not sure what is happening to my A330. nothing works on the outside and none of the screens work on the inside

On installation I am receiving the redistributable error indicating that there is already a version present and there is the need to uninstall it. A330 installer finishes. Many errors including no undercarriage. Do I need to uninstall the one currently in my system (2015-2019 Redistributable (x64)- 14.24.28127), uninstall the A330, and then reinstall? So I have ran the installer and given the correct details. Checked with a member of the aerosoft team. The error is the basic “email or code is incorrect” but they are correct. I have an internet connection and the FLEX64 and other FLEX services are running on automatic. Please just email me any responses. Thanks!

Hello. I know that the navigraph chart options are being worked on, question is how does one get charts on the EFB with the included airac. Is a NavData pro subscription needed? or is there a temporary "pseudo" login option?

Hi guys. I have one simple question about update of A320 pro. I know that now the majority of the team if focused on A330 relase, but do you have any roadmap of updates to A320? I was mostly thinking about separate ND's and popup windows. Regards.

Just finished a new build and will be reinstalling P3Dv4.5 and my Aerosoft A320 Pro. Is there anything I need to do to deactivate on my current PC before I install on the new PC? Thanks in advance Joe

Hello, I've been trying for a few days now but a few days ago I installed the P3d v4 and the aerosoft 320 321 but when the loading is done the aircraft is shown but, there is no GPU and the engines are on and parking brake off, and the rest of the cabin is shut down, also the engine is not correct, so I don't know how to do it to fix it, maybe is a simple thing but I prefer asking than be 1 week trying it by my self. Today when entering Prepar3D in my account, I have verified that I have an update of the Professional P3D that I have installed <4.5.12.30293> to the <4.5.13.32097> version, is compatible with the latest version of the AIRBUS A318,319,320,321 and future 330?

After using the updated to install the 1.2.5.1 update, my system would crash to desktop the moment I pulled up the 3d mdcu to set up a cold and dark panel. After uninstalling and reinstalling the 319 and 320 versions. I found the the Fs2crew reason locked version was causing the issue. I suspect it is locked down to the version number. After uninstalling raas, all seems to work. Haven't been able to get a flight in but CTD has stopped. Wll pass on flight results later. Thought I would pass it on. Don Brashears

Hej hej, after I updated to 1.2.5.1, the aircraft didn't follow the flightplan anymore. As usual I was feeding the MCDU, but when the aircraft has departed and I switch on the Autopilot it flies on and on in the start direction and leaves the flightplan. If I switch to program I can see, that the MCDU is still in the Take Off-mode, although I am already climbing. And also the time-data on the flightplan isn't calculated from point to point. It's still from 00:00 at the departure to the 1:24 at landing or how long ever the fligth might take. I deinstalled airbus and reinstalled the 1.2.5.0 and everything is fine (except the issues with gsx), after I updated to 1…
