Jamie 1
The updater installed v1.0.2.1. Now my Airbus 330 CTDs instantly upon loading. I have Prepar3d v4.5 and I'm pretty shocked to find out the updater updated to a P3Dv5 version. Is this right? I do not own Prepar3d v5, I own Prepar3dv4.5HF3. I reinstalled v1.0.1.0, but the updater keeps installing v.1.0.2.1 instead of v.1.2.1.0. Is there a way to fix this? Deputy Sheriffs masterhawk 799 Posted July 19, 2020 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted July 19, 2020 I’m now not on my PC. But the version should be correct. Do you have anything in the Windows event viewer?
Jamie 1
hi, thanks for helping out: this post here is a bit confusing to me. As soon as I update to 1.0.2.1 Prepar3d crashed to desktop: Faulting application name: Prepar3D.exe, version: 4.5.14.34698, time stamp: 0x5e94b5c2 Faulting module name: ucrtbase.dll, version: 10.0.19041.1, time stamp: 0xbd1e2564 Exception code: 0xc0000409 BUT! The A330 works again! I guess the reinstall of version 1.0.1.0 then again update to 1.0.2.1 worked! Quite embarrassing for me though Anyway, this thread can be closed as solved.
