Now without making this topic political, those costs are a direct result of the UK leaving the EU. We do not get a single penny of those additional charges. Nothing. We do not know how high they will be and why they are charged to some customer and not others. You have placed an order about an Aerosoft product in the past, but the shop does not longer exist? If you still have the serial key (most shops have sent you the key with an e-mail), you just have to register an account on our update database: https://support.aerosoft.com/pages/login Now you can add the product together with your serial key to your database account. Once this is completed you have access to the latest installer. This only works if the serial key is available. Is the key lost as well, you have to contact us at: support@aerosoft.com Important: To offer a free copy we need a receipt, order confirmation or payment confirmation.

Hello, I have purchased A340-600 via SimMarket, then I got the serial key and the download link to download Areosoft one app. I have downloaded the app and have been logged in but didn't find the aircraft to complete the setup. so please advise.

Hi team, this morning I registered an account with the Aerosoft Shop and confirmed via their registration ok. I made a few purchases received purchase confirmations etc. Now this afternoon when I have some time I logged into my account to get the downloads, bizarrely I am not getting into my account, I put my login credentials and I get this message Your access data could not be assigned to a user ? I have tried changing my password which was successful but I still get the same message when I try to login? Any thoughts? Thanks Resolved It thanks

Hi all I have been trying to download PFPX after a re install and found the flightsimsoft site is down it says temporary but its been like this since last week. Would anybody know where i can download this from as i cant find any support email for them either. thank you George

Hi, can anybody who owns the toliss a346 from the aerosoft store tell me if they are able to download and extract the file from the instant downloads section?, because when i try to download it i get an error message while extracting it and i would like to know if I'm the only one, i tried using different browsers and file extractors but i get the same result. thanks in advance

A friend bought two planes, a A320 Neo by Toliss and a standart A320 by flighfactor, but he still doesn't own the game nor a computer, but i do, i'm going to see my friend tomorow, but he wants to try the Planes on my Laptop, the files are only ZIPs, but he isn't sure if it's fine to do it, he doesn't know if he will be able to install them on his own computer coming in April 2026, i don't see why it would not work but i want to be sure, it's his Lisences

Hi i created this account only to post my problem here. I didn't use my computer for like 6 months and todayi tried to update my 727 within the aerosoft one app. The app wanted me to login back again but didn't accept my password. I tried to reset it but i don' receive any mail for the password reset. It's like myaccount has been deleted. When i try to logon on the website it say it cannot associate my mail to any account. I don't know what to do. My paid plane was in that account. Can anyone help me please?

I’m interested in Ben Gurion Airport for P3Dv5. When searching for it there is a premium for the P3D and XP versions compared to the MSFS one. Why? Sales for P3D have plummeted and many other sellers have discounts for their P3D stock. But Aerosoft never does. On January 09th purchased the 777, order 1120610593, the purchased information shows "For Prepar V4", but after download, system ask me where to install, either v4 or v5. Installed into V5. I just sent an email to you as well, but I ordered the MSFS 2024 Limited Collectors Edition on Jan 14 and the store said it was available to ship immediately, and would arrive in 1-3 days, but 6 days later it's still showing as order hasn't been processed yet. A couple of days after ordering the store website said no orders will ship until Jan 19 due to stock issues. However with it being LCE I'd assume those stock issues shouldn't affect LCE orders. Sorry I may have posted this in the wrong forum before... I'm about to buy the MSFS 2024 limited collector's edition and where it asks for gamertag i'm confused as to what to input. In MSFS 2020 it says - myusername#7700 In Xbox website it says - myusername7700 I'm not sure whether to add the # or remove it or which is the right format to use so my previous purchases are ported in once I activate it Also I originally purchased MSFS 2020 via steam, will my previous purchases port in to the Microsoft Store Version?

Hey. I bought lots of sceneries such as EDDF, EBBR, etc. for MSFS and I installed them via Aerosoft One. But I cant find a button to install them into MSFS2024. I reinstalled Aerosoft One and still no MSFS2024 button. I also opened the settings but there is nothing where I could set the MSFS2024 path. Only The MSFS2020 one. Am I wrong, or does the Aerosoft One Client not provide MSFS2024 support? Because in the Aerosoft Shop e.g. EDDF is claimed to support MSFS2024. So how can I install it? Thanks :)

Hello, the scenary LOWW from Gaya Simulation I bought in the Aerosoft Store is not showing up in Aerosoft One. Also not under the section: other products. I also have never gotten a product key for it What to do now? I would like to install the airport for MSFS 2024 regards

I am a P3D simmer, and I would like to get only one scenery : Canary Islands professional - El Hierro This rise TWO questions 1 - Fabricant: Aerosoft, sim-wings - is this scenery considered part of "Aerosoft products" 2 - I don't want to buy anothing else - and the price is lower than the 30 € value. I purchased the collectors edition yesterday, and I thought one of the options was to receive the DeHavilland CL model instantly- I have not seen it yet in the content manager after several restarts, and the order shows not processed yet in my downloads, which I assume is referring to the Nov 19th availability for the client...Any thing I need to do to get the initial aircraft that was mentioned?
