  1. Hi, I am referring to using the A3xx pro in P3dv5 up to date current version Prepar3D_v5_Academic_5.0.31.35253, although I have both P3dv4.5 and v5 installed on separate SSDs I have attached my add-ons.cfg file also. Following your instructions I discovered that there are lots of A3xx connectPro files! I had been using the one provided in the windows startup folder, which I think pointed to P3dv4.5 installation. That is the link in the windows startup folder was to A3XXConnectPro_A320A321.exe, not the v5 version!! So I tried again, loading the MCDU on to my android tablet using the correct ConnectPro file. I got an image which seemed to work sometimes... very slow to respond but sometimes it did. Could this be local wifi issue?? So maybe worth making sure that if P3dv5 of the A3xx is installed as well as P3dv4 version there are both distinguishable links in the windows startup folder. So this could have been just not loading the correct file!! add-ons.cfg.txt
  2. More interesting! I have just re-installed the complete 318-321 series again only this time in ...\Documents\Aerosoft\ folder. The installation puts the V5 A3xx's into C:\......\Documents\Aerosoft\Aerosoft A320-A321 Pro V5 so the Connect pro STILL CAN'T FIND the INI file!!! I still get the error. The only fix I can think of from here on is to change the name of this folder, but what other consequences will that have???? HELP PLEASE to get the Connect Pro working.
  3. I should add that both A318-19 and A320-21were the latest versions downloaded from your site yesterday.
  4. I have just re-installed ( for the third time) the A319 and A321 pro package. I installed each one individually, then updated ( all as administrator) with ASUpdater for each version, and made sure the windows antivirus was off for the whole procedure. I rebooted between installations of each version and at the end of the whole process. orI tried to start the connect pro but just got the 'INI file not found' error as reported in earlier forums. The file needed (A3xxConnectPro.ini) is in C:\Users\Jeff\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\Aerosoft A320-A321 Pro V5\Data where the aircraft were installed. i.e. the correct P3dv5 add-ons folder. The ..\documents\aerosoft\ folder does not have an A320-A321 Professional folder in it at all. I tried creating this folder and path i.e ..\documents\aerosoft\A320-A321 Professional\Data and copied the A3xxConnectPro.ini file into the folder. The error then disappeared and I was able to load the MCDU onto my Android tablet using the local IP address of the simulator and:4040. However the MCDU on the tablet is blank and the buttons inoperable!! Do you have a fix for this please??
  5. A320 Pro for P3dv5 installs into C:\P3dv5 add-ons folder, not the folder which all the other add-ons use which is in the documents folder at C:\Users\Username\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons. The aircraft load into P3dv5 fine, and fly well. Is this normal? It means that the ASUPDATER points to there as well. Is this an installation problem or a problem with the installation software? I turned off windows virus checker when I installed the software.
  6. I would if I knew how! I have not come across this? More info please.. I thought this was a forum post???
  7. I have an issue with this update. I haven't used the A320 Pro family for a while, so installed the latest version (1.301) after switching off firewall and virus scanner. I run 3 screens (3x1) and usually have to stretch the window to fit the 3 screens once the airbus has loaded. On trying to stretch this installation P3Dv4.5 stopped working, white screen then crash, or had to be closed using task manager. I tried this with several of the A320/321 family and it was the same for all of them. Totally crashed P3dv4.5 if I tried to move or stretch the window. I have the FSLABS A320X installed and the PMDG NGXu and none of these behave in this way. Most of the other planes have pop out gauges and multiple windows which I move around or stretch with ease. I'm running an I7 with 16gb Ram and GTX1080 Ti graphics and have no issues with other models. Any insight or help would be appreciated.
  8. Thanks for that mopperle. I have updated the .Net files but to no avail. Interesting that no other aircraft I fly crashes like this ! JEff
  9. A320 Pro Crashes minutes after loading in P3dv4. I have had to rebuild my whole win 10 system, so have a new up to date install of P3dv4 and win 10. I installed updated copies of the Airbus Pro Bundle (downloaded from the website). Every time I load the A320 ( or others from the series) the plane loads - with a backwards view of the cabin- and then about 30-60 seconds later the sound stutters and P3dV4 crashes completely and very quickly. I have tried numerous combinations of liveries and models, airports and runways, but always the same. If I DO NOT TOUCH the sim once the plane is loaded it still crashes! I also have PMDG 737 loaded which works perfectly. In addition I run SpadNext for Saitek gear, Chaseplane, and AS for P3dv4 and Fs2Crew. I have tried uninstalling FS2Crew to no avail. Again all this setup works for the PMDG planes. My computer is intel i7 with Geforce 1080Ti graphics and 3 monitors. I have included below copies of 3 event log files which were generated by the last crash. The first one is an information log, the second two are !ERROR logs I hope someone can help please???
