Recently we have seen a lot of codes used to unlock our products being offered for discounted prices. Almost all of them are bought using stolen credit cards. These codes will all be blocked by our systems and you will have to try to get your money back from the seller, we are unable to assist in these matters. Do be very careful when you see a deal that is almost too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.

  1. Hi, first, the A318-A319 Professional installer didn't use this folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information" for the uninstallation or the log file. If you got this message "ERROR: Missing uninstall log file" you are running the uninstall.exe and not the installer self. The uninstall-log file ia located as the select addon path. But I think you have already deleted this file or the addon path. So, I think you can install the latest version of A318-A319 Professional, V1.2.3.0 without deleting the other version before.

Hi, if you have this problem " ...after installation I don't get the finish and reboot screen" please use the latest installer from today => AS_A318-A319-PROF_P3DV4_V1230.exe from 22th feb. 2019 (version is stil I have update the zip-file at our shop-system (aerosoft) and at our support-page ( If this installer will be ok for you, I will updating the A320-A321 Prof too.

  5. Hi, the version of "Bergamo professional" is up to date. But, we have replaced the installer because an incorrect version no of the setup exe. By this, the AS Updater getting an incorrect no too. You will find the fixed installer at simmarket too.....please donwload this file again: => AS_BERGAMO-PROFESSIONAL_P3DV4_V1011.exe (from 04.01.2019 - 09:57)
  6. Hi, Yes confirm, the installer is using the wrong version no. So, the AS-Updater xml file is getting the wrong version no, too. The installer will be updated in few minutes.

  12. Hi, the files for the UPDATER have to copy to the user-Path. The installer getting this information (user-Path) from the registrie. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Explorer\\Shell Folders from this value "Personal" Possible to check this for us? Which value did you have here?
