Downloading and installing

only inside view right and left! What to do

i need some help on this plane i bought it since the 14th of october and i have installed it in 4 diferent places and i still cant fly it without the errors i keep getting.

Hey Guys, I*ve installed the Airbus Professional Bundle a few Hours ago for P3D V4.0, and got a Problem. It's almost similar to the Old Simconnect Problem of the older Airbus, with the Difference, that I can install Simconnect as often as I want, it just won't work. All the Screens are Black, I can hear the Engines slowy spuling up, but the Aircraft won't move, and also the Engines doesn't have any Animation. Can you help me? Thanks. i been wondering why am i getting this error message when i got it for the first time it came up the message and then i unistall it and re-install and i was abel to do one flight with no problem and then it started to come up and now it wont work the plane it load but the frames are 1.1 on defult scenery. am i have to unistall and re-install it everytime i wanna use the plane? cause with my other planes i own i dont get this problem. Dear all, A320 pro just bought and installed as adm., no anti virus (tried several times). Results: black instruments (see attached pic.), no throttle and a kind of blizzard on the glass. If I change vehicle in P3d4 and I switch to PMDG or Leonardo Md11 everything works fine. Any suggestion will be appreciated Regards. Fabio

Good day, Thought I would report (and apologize if this has been reported or discussed before), but in doing routine disk maintenance this morning, I discovered a 93GB .txt (yes, GB, not a typo) file in: \P3D add on aircraft\ Aerosoft A318-A319 Professional\Data . Not sure what this file is, nor did I open it before deleting it. It was some type of Log file and sorry but did not copy the exact name of this file. Please let me know if you've seen this before, if it is a known issue, or it is some type of problem on my end. thanks for an amazing product ! rgds, JB

Hello Hans, i have updated to 1.2.1.3 and and i said no more problem with the idle on ground, but i forgot to save my liveries. I look at those liveries and i dont'see where is the problem . It seems the aircraft.cfg is the same !!! (the same date for it in the folder:12.10.2018) Michel

Hello, about some experiences, it seems the last update (1.2.1.3) don't solve the problem with thrust at IDLE. I don't understand because it seemed solved when i tested that situation several time 3 days ago. Today i note that the plane (A 318 for example) move forward slowly again, when thrust is in IDLE position. I recalibrate my thrusmaster hotas warthog (throttle and hotas). The problem is not solved. Has somebody the same bug ?

Hello, I'm the first time in aerosoft forum. Hope, that I doing no mistake. I downloaded update Version 1.2.1.2 A319 professional in the morning. Problem: there is too much idle power with a319 type CFM. Release parking break and the Aircraft is up to 5 kts instantly. Reaching 20-25 kts within a few seconds. Levers in idle mode all the time! Same behaviour after landing, rolling to gate. Thanks for your help.

I posted this once before, and it disappeared, must be there I just cant find it. I have just purchased the A320 update, but when downloading (with IDM) it stops at the first time 96% the second time 94%. The message just says "error". Hi there, I know it might not be top priority, but the fact that each little update resets all my custom views, my repaints and my settings inside the plane (C&D as default, GSX pushback on, no view system) is really annoying. Besides that I loose every time after an update almost 10 Minutes to bring back the Busses to the state they had before the update, modifying the aircraft.cfg's over and over again always carries the risk of doing something wrong, corrupting the .cfg and rendering the plane useless (until a new installation). I would really really love if in one of the future updates it will be included that liveries and settings are stored and also …

Just use the updater to get this update. Please note that this overwrites the aircraft.cfg so you need to safe your liveries. This fixes the throttle issues with the A319 and A321 IAE that were introduced with 1.2.1.1 last Friday. This update replaces 1.2.1.1 completely. Gentlemen, Aerosoft, IMHO, is a honest, 'straight with their customers' business. That being said, I'm a bit perplexed by the release and subsequent pulling of a new update or at least the testing protocols which evidently missed something. I realize the code must be complex and very interlocked so one change affects many parts. I do have a background in software development so understand your frustration. My question is when, if you can possibly guess ( that is a oxymoron I suppose), will there be a stable update? My thanks for reading. Jack

Hi Have had to reinstall P3DV4 and addons due to a issue when updating another aircraft addon. I have uninstalled everything through Windows uninstall program used a registry cleaner. I then downloaded the latest Airbus 318, 319 & 320, 321 zip files from your website this morning. Attempted install with 'Run with Administrator'. We have just send version 1.2.1.0 to your order history pages. These new version can NOT be installed with the updater as we changed a few things that updater can't do (like edit a link in the Windows Start menu). So these are full new builds. Hello, If you are reading this and don't know who I am, I am Peter Morris and am a Platinum Flyer for Qantas Virtual. Anyway, I have seen the recent post/topic that talks about updating the Aerosoft Airbus A319/18 Professional for P3DV4. I am now adding that I have lawfully purchased them both, and have paid money to Aerosoft and Lochhead Martain. Anyway that's, not the point, I have been following the tutorial and I have looked in WINDOWS/A/AEROSOFT and its not there. Please can someone help me, so I can get the most recent updated version. Rather than switching it off completely, how about marking the Prepar3D and Aerosoft folders as exclusions? Wouldn't that work?

Hi guys, first of all congratulations for this fantastic product developed with a lot sweetie, stable and with a good performance to take max. advantage of the video card. Testing and flying the aircraft, I only have one point where I m not very happy, and this is the difficulty to reduce the speed without push descending the aircraft, I dont lnow if it´s realistic or not because Im not a pilot in the real life, but descending with a rate of -2000 or more ft with the thurst in idle, the aircraft for reduce speed below 250 include putting speed brake, take too long time. As the new update came online, I wanted to update my Airbus. But the A32X is not shown in the Updater for some reason. I would appreciate help.

When I ran the updater, the A320/321 showed the update to 1.2.0.2, however the 318/319 is still showing the latest version is 1.1.0.1. Was the new update only for the 320/321?

So i just bought the new Airbus Pro bundle and used the livery manager that comes with it and i installed a livery and it shows that its installed in the manager, but when i open P3D V4 and look for it i cant find it. All the other liveries that come with the aircraft show but not the one i installed. And i also get this like now when i for example went it an british airways a320.

I noticed the Installer wants to install the Updater and Application data and config files to the One Drive Documents directory. How can I point to the "This PC" Documents folder. So, it seems I am forced to use the One Drive location for these files even though I have disabled One Drive. Regards
