Downloading and installing

Hi In my Aerosoft updater i dont get the option to update to version: 1.2.2.2. The updater says: Only regular updates are available for installation Prepar3D 4.x found: (G:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3Dv4\) Prepar3D 3.x found: (G:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\) Product Name: Aerosoft A320-A321 Professional for Prepar3D v4.x Add-on Path: C:\Users\Dennis\Documents\Aerosoft\Aerosoft A320-A321 Professional Installed version: 1.2.2.0 No updates available for this product! This update is mainly done for two reasons: We found a lot of customers with an incorrect checklist and state safe files, this overwrites those with the latest version. To understand better why some customers have an issue with managed speed more logging is added. It also has new things like this: Click the the AIDS REPORT button on the pedestal. It now gives 2 different reports: a. When clicked before takeoff (data related to departure). b. Hi everyone! I bought the A320PRO and when I try to load in Prepar 3d v4.4 it dont work. see attached pic for better understanding. Hello everyone, hope you all had a great christmas i have just purchased and installed the Aerosoft A320-A321 and am having multiple issues with installation and stability. the first issue: Low FPS on Decent PC: i have just loaded into the sim and for some reason i cannot get past 10 fps and stays locked at about 9.5-9.8 FPS which doesnt make sense as i have a decent pc that can run other addons at 35fps-70fps in cockpit like the QW787 and PMDG737. MY SPECS= i7 860 @2.8ghz, GTX 1050ti, 8GB RAM i have looked at other forum posts and cant find anything useful. the only thing i could find is deleting and rebuilding the shader cache and th…

When I only had Airbus installed the updater was working. Then I installed Twin Otter and suddenly the updater stopped working. When I click the icon the updater opens a blank (white) window for a few seconds then just closes. Any ideas? Windows 10, P3D v4.4.

When I installed the simulator I start the first time everything works when I want to start the second time the simulator does not start firing until after installing the Aerosoft 320 321 professional and I will give the folder p3d delete genarated files and then he removes 1 file aerosoft professional only then the simulator begins open. Ok, let's try again. I cann't update my Airbuses because ASUpdater is not doing nothing. Just a small initial movement in progress bar and it seems to be freezed. Is there a link to a newer version for ASUpdater? Thanks.

Just yesterday I uninstalled and reinstalled the Airbus Pro. I just noticed that Dave had asked someone during their reinstall (sorry I can't find the post) if they also installed the experimental updates leading up to the newest version. My question is, when I reinstalled I only installed the non experimental versions, was this incorrect on my part? Thanks Mike Heidler

Hi there. I currently have P3D installed on a separate SSD drive and a lot of my airports are installed outside the sim, added with the XML files, which also includes AS Airports. While installing AIRBUS Pro, be default the program installed also outside the SIM in my airport directory alongside other AS software, which is great. That drive is beginning to get crowded right now, so I am in the process of moving my airport directory to another SSD drive and change the path in the XML files. Question: Can I move A319-21 onto the other SSD drive as well, and simply change the path of the relevant XML file, or will this cause a problem with the CONFIG and L…

Hi Just for information Today I installed "AS_GERMAN-AIRPORTS-HAMBURG_PROF_P3DV4" and the Updater did not work after that. Only a blank sheet, then nothing. The installation placed a file "as_hamburg_prof.xml" in the Products library of the Updater. After I removed that file, everything was OK again. /Stellan Hilmerby

The download links on my account page currently don't work. I need fresh copies of both the CRJ and the airbus. How do I go about that?

So I have watched over the add on list in p3d. The busses were activated. Reinstalled it. Didn't work. How did my planes disappear when in the meanwhile they worked in v4.3? Hope some1 can help me.

Hi, I was able to solve the updater issue but I was going to do a flight with an A321 but there weren't any airbuses in the aircraft selection, only the CRJ's. The aircraft plus Hamburg scenery show in my updater but not P3D.

So, I've removed and reinstalled the entire A318/9/20/21 family from my computer, rebooted, deleted all the remaining folders, rebooted again, then reinstalled the version 1.2.1.0 from the shop. When I run the updater it says regular and experimental updates are available. When I untick 'experimental updates' from the updater configuration, then run the program again it says 'no updates are available', despite the fact it should show 1.2.1.1 and 1.2.1.2 which are non-experimental updates. Any ideas? Any help is much appreciated!

Hello i see in a topic: use the livery manager to save yours liveries. It is said save the liveries and the liveries entries. What it means ? When i open the aircraft.cfg i see the FTLSIM 0 to X, okey.When i use the backup in the livery manager there is one folder : texture, and a file reame.txt with a FTLSIM X. What difference between liveries and liveries entries ? Is it necessary to reinstall the both : texture in the folder of the airplane and the FTLSIM X in the aircraft.cfg ? Thank for a reply. I uninstalled the Airbus Pro family several months ago prior to a clean install of P3Dv4. Now, when I install the 318-319 the livery manager doesn't show the downloaded liveries that come with the installation. Same for the 320-321 liveries. I can see the texture files in SimObjects - but there is no way to have them show in the livery manager! Even if I point the manager to the texture file it won't read it. Also, strangely enough, the manager does show one or two aircraft that I had added previously - though in reality they are not in SimObjects or on the computer. I believe I have cleaned everything related to the Airbus - even deleted some orphaned …

I see that I should save my liveries before updating to 1.2.1.4. I can't find specific instructions on how to do that. I've looked, not exhaustively, but for quite a bit and I just can't find those instructions. Would someone point me to how to do this? Thanks.

The other day all was well with the world of the Aerosoft Airbus. On Tuesday Microsoft sent a present. An update to Windows 10 Pro. The next day (today) after starting P3D v4.3 I went to load my A320. P3D crashed. I loaded P3D again and tried the A318. P3D crashed. I used the Windows uninstaller to remove both bundles and restarted. I re-installed the bundles and after a few issues with the updater (now v1.1.10.0) the aircraft all seem to be working again with the earlier experimental updates to (1.2.1.3). Not sure why this happened. It is the first time such an issue has arisen with this system.
