Dear friends, when we were asked to remove FlightSim Commander from the shop, we did so, of course. But you might not have an idea how important this project was for us over many years. The project goes back to 1996. Sascha Felix (who passed away in 2012) and Volker Heine created tools that tens of thousands of users have used. Great people to work with, great friends of Aerosoft. But as with everything, somewhere it has to end. Volker is long since retired. The actual cause of the closure of the project is the fact the data sources used were changed and it simply is not worthwhile to update the tool. New sales were negligible for some time now. Toolbar Pushback Pro doesn't work properly in both FS2020 and FS2024. No matter what airport I'm at (payware nor default): Airport: ANY, payware as well as default. Gate: ANY Airplane: PMDG 737-800 (FS2020 and FS2024) : PMDG 737-700 (FS2020) 1: Green background instead of the map to pre-plan your pushback. 2: "Pushback Truck Not Available" EVERY time. No other pushback addon-on installed. I wish I would have stuck with the free version. Aerosoft is aware of the issues with this product but doesn't care. All they wanted was get people's money at the least amount of effort from their side. And the worst thing is that they are getting away with this.

Hi, i´m struggling to get manual track updates into PFPX, I copied the whole track message provided by simbrief into the scratchpad of the Tracks Tab. Unfortunately Save option is greyed out as well as TRK on the World Map. Can someone help me, or rather, show me the correct way to insert tracks? Thanks a lot for your help Thomas

This is a warning to anyone still running PFPX. Yesterday I cloned my SSD for a larger one on which PFPX is installed. The laptop booted up fine and all seemed well. Until I launched PFPX. I was presented with a registration screen to enter my product key. ☹️ WHAT??? I'd only swapped out the SSD for a larger one. No change to any other hardware. This seems total overkill. So I searched all my mail from FlightSimSoft and it included one with all the registrations. TopCat and annual subscriptions for their services, But crucially not the one for PFPX. My subscription of PFPX expired this month but the but the renewal page (http://flightsimsoft.com/pricing) is "temporarily"( a week) not available. Does anybody know if flightsimsoft stopped with subscription for PFPX? Best Ton

Good day, This topic has been thrashed out long ago, without resolution. However, since both products cost a lot of money, one would expect it to be the reponsibility of developers to ensure when they say the integration works, that that is the reality. The debates around the subject matter were eventually ended by Aerosoft simply closing the topic, leaving, I suspect, many users unsatisfied. My experience with using Aerosoft aircraft and GSX is that I can use the loadsheet, or GSX, on a mutually exclusive basis. It is unfortunate that Aerosoft decided to withdraw the crew announcement regarding the serving of drinks after the aircraft is at, say, cruise level. I understand that alcohol is prohibited on flights for good reason. However, there are many other forms of refreshment such as soft drinks, tea coffee, etc. Can this announcement not be re-worked to say that "the crew will now be serving you with tea, coffee or cold drinks"? I think this would enhance the Aerosoft products. After all, in the real world, passengers do not go without refreshments on flights, espescially long haul flights. Hello all, Im trying to install Honeycomb drivers for MSFS 2024 and when I click on installer it show me this error. I remmeber on the begining that I changed location of MSFS 24 in another location and I think is someting becouse of that but I don't know how to fix it. Any help to install I will be thankful. I'm aware FS Flight Keeper is ancient, but we know many still use it with MSFS 2020. Would it work in MSFS 2024? I'm hoping it does. Kind regards, David

Good evening, I am experiencing a recurring error with Active Sky (attached image) that causes my simulator to shut down completely during flight. The aircraft I use is the A320 PROFESSIONAL from Aerosoft, and the simulator is P3Dv4. It seems that this error is related to "permissions," but I have no idea how to solve it. Initially, AS was installed in C:/HIFI. I thought the problem might be related to the location of the Active Sky folder, so I tried reinstalling it, and this time I installed it in C:/PROGRAM FILES (X86).I am still experiencing the same problem... Just installed EDDB MS 2024 and have found it impossible to activate VDGS. I have also installed the module from Aerosoft One but still have no VDGS driver folders or files.on my system. no idea where to look next so v grateful for any help.

Hi, got an issue with winds aloft in PFPX. Last update was on 29SEP, since then nothing happens. Metars and TAFs are still updated. Server subscription is valid till 11NOV, has anyone run into the same problem? Thanks a lot for help Thomas

Hello, I have purchased a new PC and trying to install PFPX, unfortunately I cannot find a link to download and install the programme. I know this software is no longer on sale, however I do have a valid serial number and was hoping to still use it. Many thanks in advance.

My Aerosoft A320/21 only goes up in .025 and not .005 frequencies which is really annoying as it means i have to tab out into vpilot constantly. Any fixes? Many thanks

I purchased A330 Professional several months ago, but the P3dv5 application keeps crashing every time I use the Aerosoft Professional version. I installed Hud Air Traffic and Navigraph & Navigraph FMS Data Manager a few months ago. I tried to revert the A330 and A320 versions to the original version. I even uninstalled and installed the original file from Aerosoft, but for some reason, P3dv5 continues to crash when I choose one of the Aerosoft products, and I don't get an error either. Does anyone know anything about this issue? I have a good PC with a graphics card that I have been using for the last couple of years with no issues. I appreciate your help,…

Hey, Pushback Pro 1.1.0 gets stuck in "LOADING..." forever. I've sent two support tickets but they haven't responded anything. Does someone know a workaround for this? I'm using MSFS2020.

Overall the tool is working really well for the aircraft I fly most, however I have 2 problems. 1) The tugs are showing missing/corrupted textures at all non-aerosoft airports I go to. 2) The tugs are connecting in strange ways to the aircraft as seen below. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program 2 times and still have the same issues. Any help appreciated! Thank you!

Hi, I received an update today via marketplace and now the tool is broken. 1 out of 2 it freezes with "loading" message and everything is greyed out. I think I will switchback to the freeware version which was more stable

It seems that it doesn"t recognise the position of the parking brake and then everything is blocked 30 minutes of flight preparation gone into trash thanks aerosoft !!!! at least provide a button to reset evrything ps : not compatible also with FBW A380 so for the monet it is uninstalled yves

As per Aerosoft: So uh.. when are we gonna be able to get functional updates for Toolbar Pushback? Havent heard a thing since the release of Toolbar Pushback Pro.

How can I determine the button number mapping between those used within a profile json file and x-plane 12 settings?

I noticed that I can find the PACOTS or AUSS tracks in PFPX, only NATS. Ideas? PS: I can enter them manually, but that's not very convinient. Torben

Hi, everyone. I am a little desperate here and drastically need help. I've just bought PFPX bundle, because I was sure it was still working. But I just can't activate it. It keeps saying "Can't connect to server". Can anyone here just help me understand what to do. I am not sure official support is working, but I guess if they still sell it they still support it.
