The laptop booted up fine and all seemed well. Until I launched PFPX. I was presented with a registration screen to enter my product key. ☹️

WHAT??? I'd only swapped out the SSD for a larger one. No change to any other hardware. This seems total overkill.

So I searched all my mail from FlightSimSoft and it included one with all the registrations. TopCat and annual subscriptions for their services,

But crucially not the one for PFPX. This I guess is because I bought it from PC Aviator, not direct from FSS.

Fortunately their website is still running and on finding my order I was able to retrieve my product key.

But had PC Aviator not still been running I would have been stuffed!

So if you change your SSD make sure you have your product key available.

This topic has been thrashed out long ago, without resolution. However, since both products cost a lot of money, one would expect it to be the reponsibility of developers to ensure when they say the integration works, that that is the reality. The debates around the subject matter were eventually ended by Aerosoft simply closing the topic, leaving, I suspect, many users unsatisfied.

My experience with using Aerosoft aircraft and GSX is that I can use the loadsheet, or GSX, on a mutually exclusive basis. If I want to use GSX to define the number of passengers, I must not load the fuel planner's loadsheet in the aircraft's MCDU3. Alternatively, if I load the loadsheet first, which is needed to program the MCDU for flight, GSX's request for number of passengers simply does not respond when requesting boarding. Where is the integration?

Perhaps the developers who were responsible for programming the interface, should explain how the integration was designed to work. If my experience detailed above is, in fact, in accordance with the design, then at least I know that I must choose which one will be operative in loading passengers and their baggage. Aerosoft claimed in their arguments of long ago that it would be sufficient to use the loadsheet, as GSX reads those numbers to calculate the number of baggage carts, etc.. I have yet to see this working according to those claims. The result is invariably that GSX resorts to default.

It would be great to have this issue finally resloved.

I understand that alcohol is prohibited on flights for good reason. However, there are many other forms of refreshment such as soft drinks, tea coffee, etc.

Can this announcement not be re-worked to say that "the crew will now be serving you with tea, coffee or cold drinks"?

I think this would enhance the Aerosoft products. After all, in the real world, passengers do not go without refreshments on flights, espescially long haul flights.

The re-worked announcement could be made available in the form of a downloadable patch.

Strongly recommended.

I remmeber on the begining that I changed location of MSFS 24 in another location and I think is someting becouse of that but I don't know how to fix it.

Any help to install I will be thankful.

I am experiencing a recurring error with Active Sky (attached image) that causes my simulator to shut down completely during flight.

The aircraft I use is the A320 PROFESSIONAL from Aerosoft, and the simulator is P3Dv4.

It seems that this error is related to "permissions," but I have no idea how to solve it.

Initially, AS was installed in C:/HIFI. I thought the problem might be related to the location of the Active Sky folder, so I tried reinstalling it, and this time I installed it in C:/PROGRAM FILES (X86).I am still experiencing the same problem...

I hope someone can help me.

I have purchased  a new PC and trying to install PFPX, unfortunately I cannot find a link to download and install the programme.  I know this software is no longer on sale, however I do have a valid serial number and was hoping to still use it.

1) The tugs are showing missing/corrupted textures at all non-aerosoft airports I go to. 

2) The tugs are connecting in strange ways to the aircraft as seen below. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program 2 times and still have the same issues.

I received an update today via marketplace and now the tool is broken. 1 out of 2 it freezes with "loading" message and everything is greyed out. I think I will switchback to the freeware version which was more stable

30 minutes of flight preparation gone into trash thanks aerosoft !!!!

at least provide a button to reset evrything

ps : not compatible also with FBW A380

so for the monet it is uninstalled

So uh.. when are we gonna be able to get functional updates for Toolbar Pushback? Havent heard a thing since the release of Toolbar Pushback Pro.

PS: I can enter them manually, but that's not very convinient.

But when planning a flight the process is hanging when Validate Flight is selected. I know Esc will stop the process but it doesn't release the flight.

Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix other than using the previous cycle?
