Weather stuck on "updating" for me.

The data seems to be displaying properly, jetstream, winds and turb with just the status bar showing "updating". Mildly annoying for those of us with OCD, but the presented info looks accurate.

 

 

Happy to report that all is working fine now.

I can confirm server connection is lost, I'll contact FlightsimSoft after landing should the issue not have resolved.

do You also have problem with online weather in PFPX?

My server subscripion is active. When I plan a flight, I get an error while downloading the weather, i.e.:

Recent data changes by the Aviation Weather Service and FAA have resulted in a loss of data requiring reconfiguration, the dev has been made aware but I cannot suggest this will be resolved. Only the the upper wind forecasts are currently available.

 

The only alternative would be to use ActiveSky if you have that available, even WX2PFPX requires a fix for that to operate as an altenative.

 

I would suggest that you try and email flightsimsoft.

I found this program on this forum, downloaded it and waited, waited, waited... Now I know why it didn't work.

WX2PFPX has been updated and is now functional once more.

Would it be possible to share flightsimsoft's email? Or contact details? I would be happy to ask them to update the weather (METAR) updates, if possible. 

In mean time, thank you for updating WX2PFPX.

I understand that times are getting harder with the support of PFPX, but I still prefer it to other alternatives and would like to continue to use it.
