I just purchased MyTraffic X DVD Version 5.1.... I see where there is two updates avaible.. 5.1a and 5.1b..... I downloaded them and ran update (a) During the instilation the installer quit and sais I needed version 5.1 to add this update..Well,that is what I have..So I am lost as what to do now.. Any thoughts...thanks

FS Map ranks in the top tier under my add-ons. The moving maps provided are of stunning accuracy and make flying under VFR an entirely new experience. Now I am facing a conundrum. I downloaded a series of sectional aeronautical charts for the USA directly from the website of the FAA. The charts come in North/South pairs, are of excellent graphical quality and so is the documentation attached. The price of US$ 1.50 per pair is surprisingly affordable. The documentation contains all eight coordinates for a quick and successful calibration of the charts. But alas, the positioning of the planes in the calibrated chart deviates by up to a few 100 meters from the mark. Someh…

Hi all, Please can someone help me? I have recently had to do a complete uninstallation of FSX and all add-ons. The thing is, i can not uninstall Twotter X as when i try to it says Setup.exe has stopped working! It wont let me uninstall it at all. Hi All, mightbe somebody has an idea. Trying to add the fsmap-gauge to the different ATR Flight one aircrafts does'nt work. I see in the file list of fsmap only the ATR's delivered with the cd. All repaints created with text-o-matic I cann't see and therefor no add of fsmap is possible. I guess text-o-matic is saving the aircrafts in another part of fsx, but where they have to be? I can see the AC in the FSX aircraft menue, but with out a picture only with a question mark, but they work! except fsmap. My system: Vista 32, FSX prof. SP1+2, Joern

Is it possible to use TSRAB to influence the braking action of GA aircraft in accordance with weather (RW state)? What would be the best approach to achieve this? Please speak slowly and clearly because me noob

As you can see on the newspage we present a gimmick to all of you mission lovers. It's a double mission and you can fly it from both perspectives (see pictures to get the idea). More info - oops, it's german. No matter, the mission itself is completely english.

Im trying to activate a different ai year in My Traffic x, but am unable to do so. When I click on any other year other than the default 2007 and click on accept it automatically reverts back to 2007. I hope someone can help and Im sure its a simple solution and sorry if this has been covered previously. Im running version 5.1b on fsx premium with vista 32bit. Also I havnt enabled the tools function as Im not totally clear how to do that either. Thanks for taking the time to read this. One last thing, Im looking for a scenery upgrade primarily for Europe, anyone have any suggestions?

Hello captains, in the manual of trafficX are the instructions to create the toolbox: You have to edit %appdata%\Microsoft\FSX\dll.xml and change the line<Disabled>True</Disabled> to <Disabled>False</Disabled> in the Traffic Toolbox section. Traffic Toolbox is not available to users of the standard edition of FSX. The Problem is: i have no entry about TrafficX in my dll.xml at all.... Can anyone tell me, what the whole entry in the dll.xml for MyTrafficX should look like??? Thanks a lot Timo

Hi guys! I absolutely love FS Commander, it has become my online Navigation tool of choice, but I have one question still, is there any way to update AIRAC information for SIDs, STARs, GPS fixes and similar? I'm not so worried about Airports as I realise those are updated from my FlightSim Scenery.

The VCP function of FDC doesn't operate the flaps. The pilot calls the flaps settings, the co-pilot confirms the flaps call, but the flaps are not activated. In fact, although all VCP settings are set to activate at the required elevations, the only functions the VCP actually activates is the gears up/down and reverse thrusters. I read on another forum of the same problem, but it was caused by a conflicting program similar to FDC. I have no similar programs to cause such a conflict. Any ideas?

Hi In the third mission Alaska Transit II if you have chosen to head for McGrath, who is the gravity defying man at the FOC. Is he trying to tell me something about my flying, or is it just another Alaskan mystery....? By the way this is not a complaint, I’m getting quite used to him now. Jim Hodkinson

Hi I’ve just purchased the Twin OtterX Mission Pack and I have a slight problem, although I have only tried the first three missions, I have yet to finish one as all three have resulted in either a simulator lockup or a crash to desktop. The first mission resulted in a simulator lock-up having just passed the first waypoint on all three attempts, the second mission crashed to desktop when I attempted to switch on the lighting, so I moved onto the third mission which crashed to desktop as the aircraft was approaching 10,000 Just out of curiosity and in case it was a problem with the scenery I have installed in that area, I have just done a flight (using the AAI Twin Ott…

Dear friends of Aerosoft, This time i have a question about FDC Live Cockpit. Because when i connect with FDC to Flight Simulator (2004) it gives an error. It says: NOT Enough Hotkey Slots for this application! Stop and Restart Flight Simulator to try again! But when i retry to start up it gives the same error. And sometimes it gives an error like: Error: -2005401590 - Automation error in ''SetupDirfectSound' routine I use also pmdg-software and cloud 9 (EHAM-Schiphol) with my Fs. Maybe it has something to do with the problems i have. Please, can somebody help me to resolve this problem. Regards, Marcel

Hi Friends of aerosoft... I have a Question about the Go-Flight GF 46 Display Module. Can i use this panel like the Go-Flight GF 166 radio Module? Only then with use of the adf or the X-ponder? You see, I like to buy a panel that is running the adf or the X-ponder. Is this the right panel for me??? Awaiting your reply, Best regards, Marcel

Hi I'm new to the forums and have bought lots of Aerosoft's products but I was wondering if anyone wanted to do some missions for the Seahawk or Jayhawk as I think it would be great fun. I was wondering why Aerosoft didn't include any proper missions with the first release. Thanks
