I hope I'm writing in the right place

I have a problem and I don't what to do.

I use Aerosoft and PMDG in P3DV4.5.

I constantly experience a problem with Aerosoft that I do not experience with PMDG. I live especially in LTFM (Istanbul) very often.

While using Aerosft, Active Sky gives an error and P3dv4.5 closes.

I corresponded with active sky for this. They didn't see a problem.

I would like to hear from my friends who have experienced this problem before or have any ideas.
