Can't activate PFPX and TOPCAT

Hi, everyone. I am a little desperate here and drastically need help. I've just bought PFPX bundle, because I was sure it was still working. But I just can't activate it. It keeps saying "Can't connect to server". Can anyone here just help me understand what to do. I am not sure official support is working, but I guess if they still sell it they still support it. Anyone, please.
