Hi I've just done a clean P3D5 install which went fine and then installed the A319/20/21 pack and tried to load up but each time the bus loads it has mostly black screens and then P3D CTD afetr about 30 seconds. Default a/c in default airport fine; default a/c in addon airport fine; Aerosoft bus anywhere, black screens and CTD

I installed according to the guide: Airbus Professional Uninstall and Reinstall Procedure (for those having issues)

I'm using W11 Home  all drivers and updates are up to date, graphics driver up to date, P3D5.4.9.28482

Please can anyone help here?

I've just done another complete uninstall and clean reinstall of fresh downloads exactly as directed by P3D and Aerosoft guides but have exactly the same problem  - literally any pointers would be welcome

The airbus is not playable as of now on the newest windows update:

However, it seems that windows has fixed this so soon enough there will be an update that is released (you can otherwise join the windows insider program).

Jeremy,

There is a post somewhere here in the forum about the same problem, and someone found a work around via a hack together with rolling back windows. If I had more time I'd help you look for the post my friend.

Best wishes!

Thank you Dave, I did get a pointer to it and tried the roll back and another reinstall but it didn't work.

Seems like the end of the road for the aerosoft bus for me after many good years.
