For whatever reason I did not get the fuel manager download with the a320/321 the one I have when I click on it  is not a readable the format is not correct.Can I download this another way or can I correct this somehow so I can use it

And which sim and which exact version of thre A32x are you talking about?

What do you eman by "not readable" and "format not correct"? Error message/screenshot?

P3dv5 latest update a320/321 I will try to send a screen shot.But now I can't even find it .it says it is not there when I click on it.

Then it loooks like as it has been killed by your AV Software (false positive). I recommend to exclude all sim related folders from being scaned and make a fresh install of your A3xx Pro.
