Greetings, I am attempting to fly the A330-300 in P3D4.5 (without the latest HF). I am not using the recently released version of the A330, the version before that. Yesterday I updated Navigraph (I subscribe to it) to the latest cycle. Now the EFB in the A330 displays two large red "Error" rectangles on it and is not functional. I did not have this problem before the latest Navigraph update. I could swear I saw a post about this issue this morning in the forum, but I'll be damned if I can find it now. Good morning, because the navigraph connection is not saved, every flight I have to log into the "aerosfoft configurator" again. Doubt, there is no IMMERSION for the A320 in prepard3d v4.5 ?? Configurator.rtf

Since efb still does not have a function for calculating performance, you need to use a third-party calculator, which one do you use?

Hello, I installed aerosoft a330 pro on my p3d, but the efb shows an error (err_file_not_found (-6)) and a path where some files are supposed to be needed, that is, the information on the efb screen, I have checked that path and the files are there, and I can't find a solution to my problem, I thank you for your collaboration

Is there a way to get the EFB to refresh its doc list when enroute during a flight and you add a doc using the configurator ? (or do you have to do this before selecting the A3XX and starting a flight) thanks - really nice added feature - Julian

Hi, I have an issue with Navigraph on the EFB. Whenever I load the aircraft, unless I have logged in to Navigraph on the A3XX configurator, It comes up with NavDataPro rather than Navigraph - I have to re login each time I load the aircraft. Is this issue known? Thanks, Ed

Hi, I'm sorry if this has already been asked but I couldn't find it if so. When loggin into my Navigraph account using the Aerosoft configuration tool, it says "Logged in!" and it works perfectly in the EFB after I start P3D, but after rebooting my computer, I'm no longer logged in and have to login again every single time I reboot my PC. During login I ticked the "remember my decision" check box. Is this normal? Do we have to login everytime we want to start a flight? I assumed one login is enough to use the Navigraph charts in the EFB all the time. I'm using latest Airbus version 1.3.0.3.

I just purchased the Airbus Pro 320-321. I have a Navigraph subscription and go through the configurator to select that for charts. I log in as well successfully and the browser states "you can go back to the program". However the configurator never says "logged in" in green like I have seen on the forums. When I load the aircraft and click on charts on the EFB it says I need to log into Navdata Pro. So it seems as if it is not switching over to my Navigraph selection in the configurator nor logging me in correctly. I have antivirus off and am running as admin. Thanks!

just updated to latest version A330 and get this error. EFB not responding at all to any input, see screenshot. How can this be overcome?

Just updated all my Buses. Things seem to be working well. The A330 EFB appears to be working ok. However, when loaded up the A319, the EFB looks like this: It does not change. It is like it is hung up. Any ideas? My configurator is set to Navigraph and it is connected. Regards.

Hi, Is there a manual or document I could read how to load the charts onto the EFB. I have a Navigraph subscription (charts), logged into Navigraph, however I am not sure how to enter the airport/approach charts on the EFB. Thanks for help

Hello Gentlemen, During my recent flight I was going through the EFB upon clicking Sky Vectors I received an CTD. My P3D version is 4.x( 4.5.13.32097) and the version of Aerosoft A330 is 1.0.0.8 at this time. All the other links upon EFB work just the Sky vectors not.
