Hi. I just updated the A330 to 1.0.0.8 and I can't see the Navigraph charts option on the EFB. I uninstalled the A330 and reinstalled via the new installer. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance Regards Daniel

Hello Is it possible to remove EFB for Airbus 320s and 330 or make it an option. The only way i see to use it is for Performance calculations which is not implemented. Will it be in the future like in CRJ? Thank you

Hello! I've read the topic as I followed Mathijs's prescriptoins in 100%, but - unfortunatelly it didn'h work. My EFB in 1.3.0.3 bus ist still blank. For visual improvements I'm using only REX Enviroment Force. Neither, if this addon is turned on or off - the result is the same - blank EFB. I've tried to recompile shaders, change HDR, etc... No change. Please give me any idea or advise. Regards, TKK

Using the A330 on version 1008. Is there a way to select an airport from the list, I see a filter option but nothing happens when I mouse click in that field. Is my only option to scroll down the airport list until I arrive on the airport I want to see?

Hi Thanks for including the EFB in the smaller Airbuses, i have a slight issue thou getting it to show the correct Taxi charts eg for EGKK (might just be a one time glitch which a re start might fix) it shows the ground charts for another airport but if I scroll right down i can get the ground charts for Gatwick , seems to be showing two lots of ground charts . Thanks Rich P.S Airbus pack uninstalled then PC restarted .... Installed with AV off and a restart after each fresh Airbus install.

Can you help, Iv'e tried many times to log into my Nav Dta Pro account on the A330 Configurator with out success. All I get is "Subsription not found"

Not sure if I am doing something wrong but I can't seem to type anything into the EFB charts section. Trying to setup a quick flight to get the charts but no go. Any setting I am missing here?

Hey guys, Recently I tried to open some websites that require Flash with the EFB browser,but even if I had Flash installed on my computer,the website couldn't work properly and asked me to install Flash. Could anyone tell me how to fix this?(or it's just a bug lol?) Thanks a lot!

I've never been able to get the EFB to work correctly since A330 release due to extreme brightness, which prevents being able to read ( I have recommended HDR settings) today, 15 mins into a flight PHNLKSFO at FL310, I tried to get some functionality from the EFB, however, as soon as the Link tab on the EFB was selected Prepar3D immediately CTD.

Does anyone know how to disable the EFB (Electronic Flight Bag)? I know a lot of people like it but I find it extremely distracting and would like to remove it. I've scanned the included documents and a search of the forums did not locate this question.

New purchaser - did install per all the install instructions (No AV etc). Updated to 1.0.0.4. I am posting again because I saw others were having the issue and I think the hope was the latest patch would fix it. If I click on the Link tab in the EFB, it results in a repeatable CTD every time. It is defaulting to Skyvector before the screen goes blank and CTD. Hey. Not flown many hours in this wonderful aircraft yet, but visually and performance is great so far. I have a few things happening, such as GWCG is red and saying .4% (underneath GW) actually as i typed this it just jumped to 14.3% green... who knows? Also, my weight and balance sheet isnt being printed after GSX loading. Im guessing maybe these two things are linked and its just GSX stuff that will be tuned as we go on? Not problematic really. When you have problems reading the EFB there can be three possible reasons: Settings not as advised in the manual, certainly bloom needs to be set really low for this project! The P3D view system simulates how your eyes react and it takes a few seconds to adapt to the much darker inside of the cockpit when you pan the view from the outside A 3rd part shader. Many of these compress the lighter colors to a certain degree, thus removing colors. We have seen shaders where 20% of all possible colors were drawn into full black or full white. Hey! I have been having issues with the a330 recently. I am still on version 1.0.0.0 because i have some troubles with updating the 330 with the ASupdater. (here is the topic: https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/149446-as-updater-folder-does-not-exist/&tab=comments#comment-960492) Anyways, I just wanted to show my error message appearing on the EFB. It is (so far) always like this. I dont know how to fix it because the display is not clickable: It could also be one of the consequenses that brought me here because of some troubles with the installation and the ASupdater (described in the linked topic)

Hello! After having had some issues with the new A330 product I'm still left with one problem which I can't solve myself. The EFB has a solid white colour and is not controllable by clicking on this EFB screen. Information about my sytem: Latest P3D version (P3D 4.5 Hotfix 2 ) 3rd party shaders ( tomato shade and reshade), but even without I'm still experiencing the same. Latest Experimental Version ( 1.0.0.3 Experimental ) installed. I already checked out following posts but their possible soulutions didn't help either: So... Is there any plans to bring us an A330 performance takeoff calculation tool? Like real EFB? and of course.....man/flex temperatures and trim settings? I don't care in case I have to pay for it. I just want to know if it is on the way or not.

Happily doing a flight from YSSY to YPPH using the velocity livery (yours). 3/4 way through flight and clicked on the flightaware tab and got a CTD. For adding to your bug reports please. Other tabs including the weather was fine. Regards

Any ideas when the a330 EFB will have internet browsing? I saw in the professional preview it was being implemented but unsure when it will be released

Suggestion: For the EFF tab "Flight Package" PDF reader, would it be possible to have inverted colors? (i.e. white text on black background or at least sepia) Either part and parcel with night mode, or as a selectable option under either mode? Night mode is a lifesaver, but it's self-defeating when you're trying to read a black text on white SimBrief OFP - the PDF text is narrower and even harder to read than the flows in "day mode."
