So, I got Navigraph subscription and tried in the A320 Pro. The EFB says - 'NavDataProChartCloud, Please login using configurator app." In the Configurator app (running as Admin, the same as P3D itself) I am selecting Navigraph and using 'Login in browser" button. That takes me to Navigraph API page, where I am clicking 'Yes, Allow". Sadly - nothing happens Do you have aby advice? & PS I would prefer NavDataPro but due to the fact that this does not offer compatibility with SimBrief I picked Navigraph. And they do work together nicely. What I am trying to say - I prefer Lido to Jeppesen and I am AS fan, so…

Hello: I'm using the most recent navigraph charts with latest experimental update for A330 in P3Dv4.5 HF3. I'm logged into charts in the config. but when I load the airplane and turn on EFB to charts, it keeps telling me to log into navigraph using the config. Not sure why. Thanks.

Hallo, on the charts in the EFB no aircraft is shown. I understand , that this is not working with every charts, but on my EFB the aircraft is not shown anywhere (I tried Frankfurt, Manchester,both mega airports,Cologne and Munich. On which airport it should work, or do I have a general Problem? Greetings Bodo

Hi. I have been using the new EFB, in general works very nice, its a beautifull addon. Only 2 issues. METAR: i cant insert any information, keyboard does not work. CHARTS: Works ok except for the aircraft location does not show in any of the charts, even if they are geo-referenced, im using NAVIGRAPH. thanks.

I do not have any other a/c installed, just A330. The EFB stubbornly refuses to load. That message: System Error: Websim Browser not found. I have reinstalled the program twice after a complete clean out and defrag. Still no joy.

Hello I seem not to be able to use the charts in the EFB. I logged in the configuration app for using Navigraph charts, but the EFB still says please log in. Is the option not available or I am doing something wrong. Thank you Nikita

I cannot open my EFB as I get a box come up with a red cross and saying Access to Path plus some text, see picture? This has only happened in the past week? Thanks Laurie LINK DELETED

I login to Navigraph in Configurator’s EFB dialog. I go to EFB and see the errors (see attached screenshot). When I go back to Configurator there is no log off button to logout and login again. So I am stuck thanks sean Latimer 😊

Hi, Update the P3D to version v4.5 and install the A320 Pro, to version 1.3.1.1 and I have seen some videos on youtube, where a screen with EFB comes, I do not know if it will be the update that I install but it does not appear to me, I would like to They will help me get it working. Regards

Hi, I'm using the experimental 1.3.0.5 A320 inside V4.5hf2 and have gotten Navigraph charts to work via the "A3XX Configurator" application but I've noticed an issue. When on your first flight you will probably not notice it however, when the chart downloads the actual "png" of that specific chart stays in that position of the list of charts. For example; I download a *YMML Star* chart that is the 4th from the top of the list that works fine. When I would go to download a *YSSY Taxi* chart that happened to be in the same position from the top (number 4 for example), I am only shown the YMML Star chart even if I was on the YSSY chart page & clicked the YSSY Taxi c…

Hi I really like how the EFB works with documents and charts! Are there any plans to add a second independent EFB on the FO side as well? Would be a nice addition and quite helpful for flying with charts and checklists and of course if you like to sit on the right side 😉 If only one EFB is possible, it would be nice, if you could switch it between left and right seat in the options. (and as already mentionend by others, I would also love to have a power button to turn the EFB screen on and off ) Thanks for your work!

I have to login in the configurator for using the charts of Navigraph every time before I load the AS bus! Is that a normal procedure? Best regards, Hans Kampman

Hi Guys, maybe this was answered before, but still can't find a clear solution to it. P3D5 - Aerosoft A330 - getting to error boxes on the EFB screen as per the attachment. To do with the Navigraph token and verify session error. How do I fix this? I do have a good standing account with Navigraph do I need to enter my Navigraph credentials somewhere? Any help /suggestions greatly appreciated. Mike

Hello Aerosoft Are you aware that the EFB is incompatible with Carenado SVS for G1000 ? Both use the same WebSimConnect module and when I install the Aerosoft buses, SVS becomes unusable in any Carenado plane with G1000 (shows the fatal TERR ERR on PFD). I would love to hear from you on that Thanks

I updated both the A319 and A320 to 1.3.0.5 from a version prior to 1.3 and now I have the EFB but the screen is black and I can't access it. I don't have the A330 but in \Documents\Aerosoft\General\A3XX EFB there a folder for the A330 (nothing for A319 or A320). My first question: is the A330 required in order to use the EFB on the A319/A320? If not any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks ... Richard

Hello everyone Is that normal that the EFB in a A318 bus displays A330 data and docs (notably in the EFF - "Takeoff Data for A330" under "Calculations" - and in docs) ? I noticed that the installer creates only a A330 folder under Documents\Aerosoft\General\A3XX EFB\. Weird .... Does that mean that the flows and checklists are the same for all the buses ? Thanks
