Are there still people with MyDocument folder names with high ASCII characters that see issues using the EFB? We just tried it with very weird folder names and could not see the issue anymore.

We are aware that the EFB has some issues and these are discussed here. CTD or not displaying On some systems parts might now show, on other opening the LINKS and DOCS section might even crash the sim. Currently we do not know why that happens on some systems and not on the majority of systems. We are in contact with the developer of the websim module and he is assisting us in finding the cause. What is sure is that we have never seen it on a fresh Windows 10 and a fresh P3d V4.5hf2. According to the "AI copilot" on my MS edge browser it is possible to print messages produced by the AIDS to the cockpit virtual printer on an actual hardware printer on my computer. It says this is done using a setup in the EFB. Is it possible t o have the cockpit virtual printer output also printed on a real printer on my computer? Appreciate any help.

My EFB tablet was working fine on the initial install. Now it is blank and I can't see a checklist. I have fully uninstalled the aircraft and did a clean reinstall, but it is still not working. I have updated to version 1.4.3.2. Screenshot attached. This is with APU on and external power attached and on, batteries on. Any assistance appreciated.

In the configurator utility Navigation Data Source - Navigraph is selected EFB settings - Charts provider - Navigraph is selected When I attempt to login - The navigraph site opens and requests I grant permissions. All options are selected and I get the message indicating that I can return to my application. However this is where I expect to see the green login was successful message in the configurator but the message in the configurator is never displayed. Hi! I like a lot the possibility to include websites of interest into the EFB. Unfortunately, as you know, many websites are blocked by server response errors due to the limited possibilities of the websim browser. However, there are interesting websites which are correctly displayed and can be of help. So I was wondering if there is a community list of such links already existing? Hi All Currently have to log in to Navigraph every time through the configuration tool, which obviously isn’t a problem as long as one remembers! Was wondering if this was going to be changed in the future. I did a search of the forum but couldn’t find anything related to this. No big deal but it would be nice to remain logged in ... Hi everyone, my first post here! I bought the AS A330 a week or so ago, and I'm running into a few problems. Running P3D V4.5 1. The EFB has a black screen and has 'websimbrowser' not found, I know this has been bought up before, but non of the solutions have worked. I have: Uninstalled, and installed again and have turned off my AV when prompted to do so. There is also no folder named 'websimbrowser' anywhere on my system. -Attempted to install it in different locations (C or D drives). 2. I just started my Navigraph acount and installed all the packages for my A320 Prof on P3Dv4: SimLink, NaviGraph Charts and FMS Data Manger. Installation and update to latest AIRAC worked. I can see the airplane position e.g. on STAR charts (not on Taxi charts, as described by others before): What I can NOT see: The global high and low enroute charts which I have access to by the Navigraph apps and web interface. While most screenshots of EFB with charts look like above, I found another one screenshot in the forum which has more tabs on the charts screen: So, now I am wondering if I just miss a part of the chart functionality…

Hi - I've opted for Navigraph in the Aerosoft configuration app and logged into my subscription account (which is confirmed as logged in). When looking at the EFB screen all that is indicated under charts is NavDataProChartCloud with the comment, "Please login using configurator app". The is absolutely no reference to the Navigraph option. Am I over-looking something? Assistance appreciated. Thank you. Herman

Hello, I bought both the Airbus A320 professional family and the A330 professional about 3 months ago and just recently started having this problem. It shows up in all variants and an uninstall and reinstall didn't work and neither did the fix for the user_links.txt file. Any help?

Hello, I downloaded the A330 today and noticed that EFB doesn't appear to be working. It only says "WebSimBrowser not found". There is no folder in the main sim titled "websimbrowser". I disabled my Anti-virus before installing it with no success. I'm using P3D V4 with the latest version. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello Aerosoft team, I have a question and suggestion if not implemented. is it possible to connect to the efb via an external device say an iPad or another tablet? Hello. Got an catalogue error with the efb mid flight, did the usual fix before starting the sim by clearing cookies and logging in with the configuratior. At the beginning I was able to open departure route charts as normal, but when I tried to access charts to prepare for decent im not getting a catalogue error and can nolo get access my charts. I'm using p3dv5.1 with the latest hotbox. A321 Pro with latest update. Any ideas? Thanks.
