As Microsoft will stop supporting Windows 7 on Jan 20th we will be unable to test any of our

  2. Hello Team, I am very appreciated over your time and effort for making a such great add-on. I am aware that a to-do list is there with priorities and know that coding is not an easy thing to do. I came across a anomaly while flying. 1. On 2 separate occasions exactly 16.1 nm before TOD the P3D will freeze up and then crash. Only when flying the A330 this had occurred. Here is the event viewer log for the CTD before TOD: Log Name: Application Source: Application Error Date: 1/1/2020 12:39:53 PM Event ID: 1000 Task Category: (100) Level: Error Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: DESKTOP-MARCO Description: Faulting application name: Prepar3D.exe, version: 4.5.13.32097, time stamp: 0x5d8abf93 Faulting module name: terrain.dll, version: 4.5.13.32097, time stamp: 0x5d8abed8 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x00000000000e30df Faulting process id: 0x31dc Faulting application start time: 0x01d5c0786d62495b Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Prepar3D.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\terrain.dll Report Id: a4c1961d-2a1f-4406-bef0-7fc0e4456c00 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: Event Xml: <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> <System> <Provider Name="Application Error" /> <EventID Qualifiers="0">1000</EventID> <Level>2</Level> <Task>100</Task> <Keywords>0x80000000000000</Keywords> <TimeCreated SystemTime="2020-01-01T17:39:53.366707600Z" /> <EventRecordID>22012</EventRecordID> <Channel>Application</Channel> <Computer>DESKTOP-MARCO</Computer> <Security /> </System> <EventData> <Data>Prepar3D.exe</Data> <Data>4.5.13.32097</Data> <Data>5d8abf93</Data> <Data>terrain.dll</Data> <Data>4.5.13.32097</Data> <Data>5d8abed8</Data> <Data>c0000005</Data> <Data>00000000000e30df</Data> <Data>31dc</Data> <Data>01d5c0786d62495b</Data> <Data>C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Prepar3D.exe</Data> <Data>C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\terrain.dll</Data> <Data>a4c1961d-2a1f-4406-bef0-7fc0e4456c00</Data> <Data> </Data> <Data> </Data> </EventData> </Event> 2. Yesterday I flew from FRA-CLT and over the coast of Britain at FL360/ 0.82 over EGHE with live weather conditions using active sky the Airbus A330 completely shut off all screens went black and the aircraft started a descent then once I was able to reach FL244 I activated the APU and all systems went back on. Unfortunately I had then to re due the programming and pick up where I left out at. Did not seem normal and no automatic faults was set up to practice. If that makes sense? 3. I had the same problem as many with the refueling during mid air. Once I was on my decent from CLT into FRA at FL 350 the refueling stopped automatically and it continued under normal operations.
  3. Good morning, Recent I flew the CRJ from MSP to ORD and was on the JVL9 arrival. Clicking on the PFD to pop up the screen, I received an error followed by a frozen screen here is the error as quoted: Has anyone experienced this? 4. Good after noon, I have a smaller problem with the Aerosoft GCLP scenery in P3D v4. It was installed computer restarted and manually assigned to load. However unfortunately it still does not show up. Default scenery shows up only. Any help would be appreciated.
  5. Good day and job well done on the lady Mates! I have a few minor problems with the A320. When the automatic checklist is going through the approach procedures one of the call outs is seatbelt signs. If it is activated the auto feature will continuously click the seatbelt sign causing a non stop clicking which is not welcomed at all. Retracting the flaps fully after leaving the rwy, the display indicator shows the same position however the actual flap retract handle is fully set to 0. Any way these can get a dressed would be greatly appreciated.
  6. @darielmc, there should be a a option on that particular message when it shows up to select option. It is a underlined word you click on ( more info) just click on that and choose install still.
  7. Uninstalled both BIRD and LIGHT then conducted the update, then installed both parties back. Fixed it.

  12. Still same problem persist Good morning together, I unfortunately am still having the problem after I did the upgrade of both Aerosoft 1.0.1 for Airbus and full install not just client on this P3Dv4.3 version number 4.3.29.25520. From the pictures when I load the F-22 default then switch over I get sound and no functional cockpit. I do not have a anti-virus program and defender in win 10 is off. Not sure what else could try. I did 2 new installments and results are the same.
