I reside in the USA and wanted to know how long it will take for delivery ( I live in North Carolina). I just wanted to make sure that the joystick is packed well enough to avoid any damage . Hey, I bought the TCA Airbus Sidestick from here yesterday. But, it said delivery within 2-6 days. I then receive an email saying it's not in stock and will take 3 weeks, I would like a refund ASAP, I have already contacted support, but no response. I am looking to buy something else on the 22/08/2020, so please help.

Hi Mathijs, Quick question from my side please. I know you do international shipments, but do you ship as far away as South Africa. I see you Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS Flight Pack is 193 Euros, just under 4000 South African Rands. Here in Cape Town the same item goes for about 8000 Rand. So I'd really be interested in this. If you do ship to South Africa, what kind of delivery times do you expect considering we have Covid-19? Thank you.

So I have finally moved simulator to Prepar3d V4 and wish to purchase some scenery. I was using FSX and bought some scenery's and A/C here before. I want to purchase these again for P3D and saw there are upgrade options and all I needed to do was to put in my serial for the same product I had purchased for FSX and i would have the discount applied. But this isn't happening. Could anybody shed some light on this please. Now I did Purchase the items in question 2014/2017 and are appearing in my old purchase history. But this should be an issue should it? E

Hi, I have complete my purchase for QualityWings - Ultimate 787 Collection for P3D at 21:29 (UTC+8) on 7th July. After paid by VISA card, "Mollie" redirect me to return to shop website with Notification--> Oops! An error has occurred! (attached for your reference.) And refreshing doesn't work, according to my bank account record, the payment has been debited. Thus, i am wondering if the payment was also shown accomplished from your end or not? Because I cannot find the product in my instant download page as well as my registered Email also didn't receive an Invoice?

Trying to purchase the Airbus A320 family using a credit card. Enter all the information, then after a few flashing screen brings me back to the purchasing page, no errors. Any ideas? Is the credit card system working?

After changing form WIN 7 to Wind 10 my fsx + PMDG will not load. At first, it going half way to comple loading and then drop off.

Hello, I am trying to buy the XPlane 11 + Aerosoft Airport Pack from the United States store. When the storefront asks for my phone number, so it can send me an sms code for verification, it will not accept my phone number. Since I live in the US I am inputting +1 then my 10 digit phone number and the storefront gives me the error [SMS could not be sent, please check your input]. I have tried other variations such as 001 then my 10 digit number. As I do not call any numbers from outside of the United States could anyone tell me what I am missing? Thank you
