    Hey all, I've currently tried making accounts with 4(!) different e-mail addresses. I literally never get any activation email. I'd really like to buy something but I can't because I can't access my account.... Can anyone help? Thanks.

    Hi all, i bought GSX from Aerosoft on Wednesday. I used the trial to preview it and see what it looked like, turned out I loved it. Anyway, I bought GSX and ran the installer. All was okay but I could only request pushback/engine start; no deboarding, catering etc. I also noticed that the Ctrl+F12 function and the Ctrl+Shift+F12 function still brought up the trial menu. I went in to the addon manager that comes with GSX and found GSX under Aerosoft. It turns out that the GSX had not been activated. When I tried to activate it, it says I need a serial code. Now, when I go into my instant downloads section on Aerosoft, it says that I don't need a serial code for…

    Hello, I bought a 1-month subscription for Nav data pro charts but I didn't receive the activation key by email and I can't find it. I specify that I use the ndp app on iPhone so I don't know where to find my activation key could you help me ? Thank you in advance

    Hello Aerosoft, i was so happy so an sale on our store. So i decided to grab some scnenerys. But so as i fill my credit card info and complete my order, it just redirect me to2 Payment & shipping again. I double check my billing adress and all is correct.

    Hi all! By chance does someone have a repaint for Thunderbird #1 for the payware Aerosoft F-16? The thumbnail and textures for Thunderbird 1 is the same as Aerosoft F-16C 120-2000-300-33 Gray texture. I got it through the Steam DLC store. Also- any chance of making an F-16D later, and adding Thunderbirds 7 and 8 to the repaint list? That would be cool. Attached is the thumbnail for Aerosoft F-16C Clean >> texture.Thunderbird.     I just received my invoice for an order but delivery type says DSV AirExpress. I live in Martinique (part of France in the caribbean) we have DHL and UPS agencies but no DSV AirExpress. I thought you only ship with DHL and UPS. Can you enlighten me to understand? Best regards.

    Bought your A321 Pro last week. Great airplane. Bought your CRJ Professional for P3D5 today. Not impressed. 14FPS and the FMC loves to crash the entire sim to the desktop. I reinstalled P3D 5 to a clean install. Tried turning off EFB and turning off F/O displays to help with the redraws. 14FPS on landing. Completely Unflyable. A320 however flies with ALL of my ORBX scenery with all of my setting at max 40+FPS. *SIGH* Had high hopes for the CRJ....

    Hello Today i have ordered and purchased three Airports from Aerosoft Shop ! Two of them were succesfull . The third One with an Order Number of :1120369901 Is still Pending and as far as i can see my Order has not been processed yet !! Be Adviced i have paid the amount of 10,69 euros for my Purchase !     I got a notice that my shop.aerosoft.com password might be compromised. I don't see an option to change the password on that web site. Also I seem to have multiple accounts/passwords for aerosoft forums, aerosoft, aerosoft support, and then no account on aerosoft helpdesk. Changing my aerosoft password didn't affect my shop.aerosoft.com password. Why do you guys have so many different accounts/websites, can you not create a unified account/passwords for all your sites?     I just bought the honeycomb yoke and throttle and am loving it, however everywhere I've looked for the configuration tool I can't find it. Every download location just has the ASU updater which I already have installed but not the configuration tool. It's taking an incredible amount of time to go through and manually set peripheral maps and settings for these two new peripherals. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  23. Hi, I've open a support ticket, but I'd like to draw attention on the fact that I've bought a product yesterday that hasn't been delivered. In the past, buying an X-Plane scenery offered a link in the instant download section of one's personal account at the shop. Now, I was only offered a link to "Aerosoft One" 0.11.0 under my purchase, which is the primary and sole method of retrieving my files from now on. But my newly purchased scenery Ben Gurion XP doesn't figure in the list of available products to install, once installed the "Aerosoft One" software.     Hi, Purchased Anchorage Professional for P3DV4 today, i've turned off all my firewall protection and anti-virus software and it will not download for various issues, tried about 10 times and the most I have managed is 2GB out of the 4.1GB, then it generally stops and states 'Couldn't download - no file' or 'Couldn't download - no permissions'.
