Over the holidays we received a lot of emails and questions - some questions were asked several times, which is why I am going to answer the questions below: 1. Brexit - Does Aerosoft make changes that affect me as a customer from the UK? Of course, we at Aerosoft do not change anything! Note that the pricing will be different for you (excluding VAT) and additional taxes need to be paid at customs. UPS has not informed us regarding shipping costs.   5. Good morning. I was an ultralight pilot and now an active FS2020 player. My question is ... Do you plan to release Tecnam, Skyleader o other similar ultralight planes for FS 2020? I've seen Tecnam P92 for XPlane, will it be available for FS2020? Thanks in advance. Renato Aquilino Pujol

    Hey, I bought Sim wings munich airport a day ago via payment in advance, but still dont have the download so Im getting worried. In the confirmation mail there was no info given to what account the transfer should go to, but I was guessing its the same as always so I transferred it over to the same account that was given in the cologne bonn purchase. Since the install should appear almost immediate apparently and its been 24hrs soon since the money is sent, Im pretty sure by now that it was a mistake. Could someone let me know what to do from here on? Thanks in advance

Mail can take much more time than a parcel. Today is 17 and I still do not receive my order already paid for and what is worse I have no news on your part are already 17 days to receive two dvds from Germany to Spain I think they've been lost so I'm asking for a solution …

    HI, I have had a Thrustmaster Airbus Quadrant and Side Stick on Pre Order and paid since June. I have sent two emails, but, received no reply. I have an order number, but, am reluctant to quote it on an open forum As you are taking over the shop can I ask what is happening although I realise the supply of the item is a problem Regards Terry Beddoes

Hi Sir, Few months ago I boutgh a DVD set of MSF2020 Standar Edition which I have installed without any problem.- Last month I decided to buy a new PC and yesterday I tryed to install the same DVD set: I have notice that soon after I inserted the DVD nr. 1 in my PC, I have been trasfer to the Microsoft Store and it started the dnwl of the installer first and then the dnlw for the whole game of 106 GB . I decided to buy the DVD set because in my home the internet connection is very low, so I m asking why I cant not use the DVD set as I did in my original set up ??     Hi, I've tried placing an order for Svalbard4XPlane and SAM Follow Me with your Black Friday 25% discount. I've attempted now, 3 times across different browsers (Chrome and Safari). Each time after clicking "Complete Payment", I'm taken back to your homepage - no order confirmation or anything in my account under orders. It appears my Amex has been charged three times now for this order, and I have not received any email confirmation, product download links, or license keys. This is really frustrating, would you please assist ASAP? Thanks! Brandon

    Hello, On Friday I bought the Thrustmaster FCS Stick and I also bought the Thrustmaster TWCS (they were both showing "available today"). In the meantime I have monitored my order on the website and today the status was changed to "preorder". What is the meaning of preorder? How long will it take to receive it?     Hi folks! I recently purchased an order on Aerosoft.com. Only after I created & paid for the order, did I then create an account. When I log in. I don't see any information about my order in my account (guessing they're just not linked together). Would it be possible to link my order to my account? Happy to DM order/account info if that's possible. Thanks Kieron.

    Did i miss something or would it have been a better idea to tell your customers that the coupon code "BER2020" - issued in regards of the opening of BER - is valid for ONE PURCHASE ONLY ?!?! It is not possible to buy one scenery (BER) and later on another (TXL) because then i got an error message "Code used in previous purchase". Cheers

  19. Hello, I accidentally bought the xplane version for mega airport oslo instead of fsx version, i have not downloaded the product. Submitted a ticket directly afterwards but have not recieved any form of reply, this was during the weekend. What do i do? I want to get the fsx version for oslo instead of the xplane version as i have no interest in xplane. regards

    hi I wanted to say that for more than a week I have placed an order regarding hotas4 but that to date I have not received an answer my order email has not even been seen and given the lack of seriousness in not reading or even answering please to send my order as an idiot I paid in advance thank you I would like an answer from someone who would give me explanations on all this delay thank you and have a good day

  23. Not sure if this is the right place to get some support. I have sent numerous emails in last 5-6 days regarding my order being shipped and not delayed a month due to a mistake on Aerosoft's side. But in last 5-6 emails i just got an email of them delaying my order without any reason given, which is really awful move and practice. To add to this i am not the only one having problem like this, i know another 2 persons that had the same issue as i did. Whats the problem: 1.     I received my Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus Edition a few days ago and just wanted to thank you for the prompt customer service you provided. The Thrustmaster was well protected in the shipping box to aviod any damage. The joystick is amazing!! Probably the best one that I have ever had for flight simulation. Thank you again, Aerosoft!!
