I recently Upgraded to a new PC and have re-downloaded the Airbus A318/319 pack. But in FSX the only livery's that load are the TAP air, Air France and Aerosoft default none of the easyJet, British Airways etc. I have run the livery manager as administrator and they are all there and in my SimObjects folder they have all been installed, but still will not show in FSX. I have also made sure to tick the show all variations box but its still not there.

Hello. In WADD, for MSFS, I noticed that there are some trees on the tarmac, however, there is no other airport that generates conflict and cache has been deleted and nothing happened. I'd appreciate your help.

Hallo all, Several days ago, I downloaded MD-11 airplane for Prepar. On the information shows manuals included. Any manual was inside. FMC not working at all Money goes into trash, never again Aerosoft, for me.

Greetings. My understanding this is the same CDU from this developer: https://www.cockpit-master.com/ In their website it says the software is included. In Aerosoft website it says Bridge softwire required. Does it really matter if I buy with the software installed or if I buy the CDU from Aerosoft and just install the software? Thanks

I have an issue with the textures resolution of the aerosoft a330, when I make the graphic resolution of the simulator in the low level, the resolution in the cabin does not change. It is really important to fix it, because I cannot now use this aircraft from the cabin - the cabin is settled in the ultra level. Thanks in advance, best wishes.

Is the V2 version of LOWW going to be released on the aerosoft store anytime soon? Is it going to be free of charge or a price to upgrade?

Since Friday I bought Twin Otter Extended "available as instant download" for FSX and nothing has been sent to me yet. I already checked in "Instant downloads" and "orders" and there is absolutely nothing. I even already received the invoice by mail. Can somebody help me? I wrote to Info@aerosoft.com and created a ticket but they have not responded to me. I appreciate if someone can help me, this is frustrating. I just want to fly my DHC 6 Thank you.

There a couple of JustFlight products I'd like to buy but I'm put off by the JustFlight installer as this will only allow installation in to the Community folder. Now I know I could just cut and paste in to my AddonsLinker folder, but on my system it isn't so easy. If I try to do that Windows says that my organisation doesn't allow that. The solutions given by Microsoft are numerous and technical and frankly, life is too short to mess around with this. Therefore, could I ask, if i buy a JustFlight product from Aerosoft will it use the JustFlight or the Aerosoft installer?

Hi, I have foolishly deleted my Aerosoft Twin Otter purchased on the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace. I want to reinstall the Twin Otter, but I have no record of purchase or download to enable this. There is no mention of the Twin Otter on my Profile Content Manager whether either installed or uninstalled. Can someone advise me on reinstalling.
