  1. If i buy the aerosoft a320/321 and then purchase the a330 a few minutes later will i get the discount for having bought the a320/321? And the second question is if i buy them all at once i do not get the discount for second product since i do not own any aerosoft aircraft correct? So it is best to buy one aerosoft airbus qualifying product then buy the a330? Yes i am talking about the Aerosoft a321 pro not the old version LOL.

    Hey there. Sorry, I thought I had this answered however just found the gift vouchers are on the Euro site and also they are physical. I need to do this for someone in Canada. So need a better solution if possible. I want to buy a product as a gift for a friend. How might I achieve that? He has Aerosoft products (Airbus 320/321) and I would like to get them the 330 when it is released. Do you have gift cards or can I gift them the product (with the discount as they already have the 320)??? Thanks! Phil

    Hi, thanks for my beautiful new Honeycomb yoke and thanks also for the discount voucher you kindly sent! When using it to pick up a scenery pack or two however I cannot seem to get it to work, entering it at the checkout just seems to refresh the screen with no effect. Any help greatly appreciated, regards Mark

    Dear Aerosoft Team, I'm puzzled by your pricing policies... Your own "branded" Canary Island Professional Grand Canaria and Tenerife P3DV4 products are currently being discounted at 20%. Yet, when I go to the SimMarket website, I see the identical products being available at a 25% discount. How is it possible for a third party to be cheaper than a company which does its own branding and product distribution? Needless to say, I have obtained both mentioned products via SimMarket. For me it is a matter of principle. Herman

    Simple question that i'm asking regards some of the products that I already own that I got on other thired party websites like steam store and also fspilotshop. I wondering if there is away to to get the keys and licence and whatnot to be accepted on here? So that it shows under my account that I can download the A320 since I have got the pack.

    Hi, I just saw Aerosoft's SBRJ scenery and it's just amazing. I'm an informal scenery designer myself (free scenery) and I have my own SBRJ, but I can't find out how to make the bridge (the Rio Niterói bridge) animated with traffic. It's a deep mystery to me. I tried GroundTraffic, but "waypoints too far away", and even then, how to make it ON the bridge, not under, would be another mystery. If I could edit X-Plane's default bridge, making it higher, would suffice for me, but I don't know how to do that or if it's even possible (maybe in OE?). I'm not a programmer, so I wouldn't mess with datarefs and dsf files etc, so.....Any ideas? Help? Please? help....me...? …

HOW TO INSTALL: - make sure, that you use X-Plane 11.11r2 - copy unziped "JD330XP11" folder to ..\X-Plane 11\Aircraft\ folder (make sure you don't use nonEnglish symbols in aircraft's installation path) - please visit http://handling.jardesign.org and download the latest version of Ground Handling plugin.   16. hey guys, i'v been using old version for years. checking update inside of planner receiving "up to date" or "latest version"... i went to the areosoft website today and found new 2.03 ready for download, what i did. now it wants my serial... i couldn't find it. i don't remember if i buyed PFPX via aerosoft website... any help please? thank you michael

  19. If you need to know if a product is compatible with your simulator (or hardware) you best check the product page and see what is in the requirement list. If your simulator is NOT listed there you should NOT assume it will work. Please note that FSX and FSX;Steam are not the same simulator and that products for P3D are always only compatible with one specific version.   20. All the serial codes that are send out are tested and though we send out tens of thousands none has yet proven to be incorrect. There are three reasons why it might fail for some customers. The serial code is just not correctly entered, we advise you to copy and paste it and not try to manually retype it. The serial code is copy and pasted with a space before or after the actual code. The email address is not exactly the same as in our system. Make sure the case is correct, name@mail.com is not the same as Name@mail.com.
