Good morning - I hope you can help with two questions related to MSFS as I am looking to purchase the CRJ. From other threads it appears that it makes sense to buy direct from the shop here which is fine by me. 1. How is installation achieved? Is it an executable and installed direct or is it a "license" which shows an entitlement in the MS store? 2. If I have two licensed copies of FS2020 - 1 via MS Store and 1 via Steam, am I able to install for use by both installations (NOT concurrently) or do I need to pick one and accept that's the only install it will work on? Is there any information when Honeycomb spare parts are available in Europe? I'd like some additional levers but the Honeycomb Shop won't ship to Europe, and the Aerosoft Shop does not list them (yet).

Hello, I have two different Aerosoft Shop Accounts. As of today, I can no longer log in. Despite the correct password, it is not possible to log in because the password is wrong. When I reset my password, I did not receive an email. These are two different mailboxes from two different providers. There is also no e-mail in the spam folder. I ask for help. Many thanks. Robin

I bought a couple airports during the recent sale and realized each comes with it's own installer. Also, it seems like ASUpdater wasn't able to update Paderborn to 1.0.5.0 itself. I had to fetch the setup file from a news post on the homepage. The Windows Start menu now has an entry for each airport I bought. This isn't ideal and I am wondering if something akin to OrbX Central or Contrail is planned in the near future? I would love to have one download manager for all products I bought at Aerosoft.com with automatic update and a shop interface with a map. OrbX Central really is the gold standard here, they make it really easy to visually browse the world and …

Hello, fellow Aerosofters! Hope you are all keeping safe. I am making the move to MSFS, and have tons of Aerosoft purchases from the good ol' FSX days. Some absolute classics! Anyway, I have a question being brand new to MSFS - where is the best place to buy? The CRJ looks brilliant to me. Should I use this site, or the MSFS Marketplace? Are there pros and cons? I guess using the Marketplace will mean that I won't have to worry about manual updates any more? Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, and apologies if this is a stupid question. Good day, I have just encountered a Huge Frustration-Wall infront of me. I have Installed OMSI-2 Hamburg Tag & Nacht on my Old Machine, which i've replaced with a New Machine just a few days ago. I had the Add-On installed on the Old one, as said. Today, i tried to Download the Add-On again, yet it didn't work. Here's the issue: -First when loading onto the Page all is fine -But, when clicking on any Version/Button all it does is loading a Blank Site (about:blank) -After this, nothing happens. I am trying to purchase a product through the store and it requires me to input my phone number for an SMS verfication. I enter my 10 digit number after "+1" because I am in the US but it tells me it's invalid after I submit it. I have received an e mail from UPS requesting £50.74 duty on my Bravo throttle. Hello, I was just wondering if the Honeycomb delays are also affecting the Airbus throttle packs? As they don't require the silicon the others parts do I'm hoping not I know they are available in the US at the moment, so just considering whether it's worth the hassle of shipping it from there if it will be late summer/autumn before Europe get some stock. When entering the serial manually in the check-out I get the message Voucher could not be found or is no longer valid Can you please assist?

I am sorry. but I built a brand new top-notch machine for the FS. I got the DVD bundle with an activation code and now every time I start the game the DVD1 needs to be present. Who in his right mind is still including noisy and slow DVD drives in his PC ? Has Microsoft gone nuts with copyright protection technology of the 80s? It is not possible either to exchange the activation code included in the DVD box with a download version that supposedly will not require a DVD. I am really angry, since I paid, wasted more than two days trying to figure this out, and, by definition, this won't work.

Hi! I am trying to buy a couple of sceneries for MSFS, but get an error at checkout (Verification code should be 4 digits). Trying to pay with a mastercard, but the store insists using a 4 digit CVC code. My Mastercard and Visa has only 3 digits. Why is this? Edit: I tried again with a VISA card. That one was accepted. However, after going through the safety check (PSD2,) the website sends me back to my shopping chart, and the credit card details are wiped out. Edit 2: I emptied the shopping chart and restarted the PC. Tried again with Mastecard. This time it accepted 3 digits, and the order went through. Dodgy and strange behaviour.…

Hi, I pre ordered the throttle quadrant on Amazon UK in October. I notice there were some updates three months ago in January that new dates should be provided but i cant see any news since then. Amazon have been nothing short of useless in providing info. You get the usual copy paste "we are working to fulfil your order" rubbish.
